This time against Canada as almost the entire international jury is content with declaring the Canadian Government responsible for the events of the ICWW last June. Many countries have refused to trade with Canada while many more have imposed travel bans to and from that country. How will the Canadian Government respond its first time in the spotlight of a scandal?
