Fake Date or Real One? (Primrose)

Taylor woke up early on Valentine's Day, and went to pick fresh flowers that he arranged neatly in a colorful, unique bouquet with only a single red rose in all of it. There were also primroses, because he just had to find some. He was in dark jeans that fit snugly, showing off his toned rear and thighs, a tan colored pair of converse sneakers, and a tan, soft long-sleeved shirt with a few buttons undone. It was casual, but nice and comfortable. To stave off the cold weather he had a leather jacket on.

He also had a dab of cologne on that he knew she would like and was waiting for her with a small box of variety candies from Honeydukes. Not just chocolates, though some were inside of course. Taylor waved when he finally saw her. "Primrose, over here." he said, waving over the crush of students who'd had the same idea and were meeting their dates before going out to the village.

Taylor's eyes popped a little when he saw what she was wearing, stunned by her baring her midriff and a bit of her chest in the cold weather. Even with warming charms and the jacket he knew it would be cool, not to mention the tiny shorts and tights. She looked like the most beautiful girl and Hogwarts, and when he thought about it she very well might be. He was no slouch himself, but he kind of wished he could show off a little more. However, a girl wearing revealing clothes was accepted, guys not so much unless you were in the pool or working out.

Hearing the wolf whistles and catcalls angered Taylor and he shot a glare at the guys, and even a few girls before announcing. "Back off and focus on your own dates." he told the lot of them, and more than a few guys got slaps for ogling and whistling at another girl with their dates right in front off them. "Sorry about that Primrose, you look...incredibly enticing." he said honestly, before enlarging the flowers and chocolates and handing them over. "For you." he said, pressing them into her hands and breating in her scent. "Oh my...you smell delicious. Is that...strawberry and watermelon?" he asked, guessing.

Taylor was slightly irritated about the guys who kept sending jealous looks, but hey all he'd did was ask, it was Prim's decision who she wanted to spend time or go on a date with. Greater than his irritation though was a slight amusement at the situation, though. What did get on his nerves were the girls shooting looks at Primrose, because she'd snagged him for the day. He was tempted to tell them to get lost, but grit his teeth a little until that instinct subsided, and he focused on spending time with the lovely girl.

"Only half, huh? It seems I'm slipping in my old age." Taylor quipped back, doing a perfect deadpan expression. If he'd have been a muggle, he knew he would have gone into acting as a career. Making things dramatic and over the top in a joking manner was fun and usually made others laugh, so it was a part of his personality he let loose around good friends. He just blushed faintly and rubbed his jaw. "Well, flowers are always nice. Th primroses are a bit cliche, but I hope they're alright." he said.

Taylor knew Primrose was not a witch to cross, but seeing her throw a cold stare at all the girls and seeing them blush and flush red in anger or embarrassment made him appreciate her all the more. Guys doing that to a girl only encourages them usually, thinking they'll cave if you keep pressuring. At least, in his experience that's how it worked, although maybe it wasn't that way for everybody. It was an interesting thing to think about later, not to distract him from his beautiful date.

"I see, I see. Well, I'd say you were only the third prettiest girl in school, but see the thing is I just can't lie about such things. When you're the most beautiful girl around there's no denying it." Taylor said, knowing he was laying it on a little thick, but it was his honest opinion. He'd thought that for a while now, but hadn't told her because they had always been strictly friends. "Oh, excellent. Figured it was a gutsy move and I don't often do cliches, but they are gorgeous flowers." he said, smiling as she pulled him closer. Then he pulled back only to wrap his arm around her waist instead, so she could walk cuddled up to his muscular chest and side. "There we are, much better. Any ideas on where to first or you want me to lead the way?" he asked her.

Taylor just shook his head, laughing as he tried to figure out the best way to respond to that. "Usually, that would be only my charm in action. Seriously, though, Prim...I'm telling you how I honestly feel." he told her, meeting her eyes for a brief moment before focusing on the path, not wanting to trip and fall, which would rather ruin the moment. Relieved that his cliche gesture was appreciated, he thought about where in Hogsmeade would be fun to go. Someplace where it wasn't crowded, so no Three Broomsticks yet. Finally it hit him, and he tugged her along to the train station. Since as far as he knew no train was scheduled for the day, it was almost empty aside from a few cleaning people and a man at the teller to give information if someone needed it. Ignoring that, he went and found a bench that gave them a lovely view over the countryside if you turned the right way.

"Here, this should be nice and not near as crowded as everywhere else." he said, taking a seat and gently giving her hand a tug with his own to signal her to sit beside him if she hadn't already gotten the message. They could grab some food later maybe between lunch and dinner around three or so to avoid the worst of the crush of students.
