Charms Lesson Three - Years Five through Seventh Empty

Like Sean had stated in his previous lesson, this one would be more of a catch up and revision type lesson for the fifth and seventh years, and just something of a follow up for the sixth years. The students that attended his lessons were bright, there was no denying that, but some of them required more work to pass their exams. And he did want them to pass.

Thus he had two boards set up. The one on the left was for the OWL students and the one on the right was for the NEWT students. On each board, he wrote down the spells that would be on exams along with a few that would give them extra credit if they showed they were able to cast them.

He didn't actually expect the kids to learn all the spells but he'd give them enough material to at least get an A if not an EE. He would be there to help them but at the end of the day, this lesson was more for them to revise for their exams than an actual school lesson.

Slipping into the Charms classroom, Roxy blinked her eyes at the fact that she was the first one in there; which was weird considering that half of the time she was pretty much the last to attend a lesson. Shrugging her shoulders, the young witch made her way into the middle of the class, her eyes focused on the blackboard that had the word 'OWL Students' written on it along with a long list of spells below it.

"Good morning Professor Vasquez." She greeted the Professor politely even as her attention was mainly focused on the board.

From what she knew of how Professor Vasquez taught, she gathered that he would be letting them revise for their exams; at the thought of them, Roxy grimaced. Her OWL year was hard and she had no doubt that her NEWT year would be even harder. Sighing, the Ravenclaw pulled out her writing equipment along with her books; she had no doubt that she would need them that lesson. She knew most of the spells but casting some of them was giving her problems.

Shaking her head, she sat straight and focused, hoping that the lesson would start soon.

Charms were actually one of the lessons Sasha did love and she was going there with a smile on her face. She was still happy to be here at Hogwarts. She really felt like home here for sure. Her smile was real still, not fake. She was really happy.

The girl walked into the classroom. "Hello, professor," the girl said with a bright smile on her face. She looked at the board and her smile did drop. She knew OWLS will be hard ones for sure. She down in the back row. She took out her writing equipment and then even her Charm books even if she was sure she might not get used much the last things.

Now all she had to do was wait for the lesson to begin. She was bit bored but so she focused on the head of her. Awhile thinking everything else expects Charm spells. She really just needed to do something or she falls back to sleep at this morning, which won't be a good idea probably.

Tess had received a letter from the Headmistress informing all students that the O.W.L.s were coming their way. She was a bit confused at first and she had actually gone to her brother asking what the hell she was to expect. He had explained it to her in detail and told her the importance of it. As soon as she heard that the O.W.L.s would determine the level of classes she would take...well that definitely sprung some panic in her.

In turn her had been sympathetic and gave her the notes he still had while he was a student. She had actually hugged him tightly and ran off determined to get outstanding in all of her class subjects. So far she had written her own notes, brewed the necessary potions, worked the charms at best she could. Now it was time to simply attend the last week before exams began.

As she pushed the door open she realized only a few students had arrived. She shuffled in mumbling a greeting to the professor before taking in the board. She jotted down what information she could need and waited patiently to see if more was to come.

Charms was one of those lessons that Max didn't find too bad. It wasn't Care of Magical Creatures, nor was it Herbology, but on the whole, it wasn't a bad lesson. Max had moved down towards the third floor with a little more excitement than he would have had heading to Potions, but he wasn't bouncing off the walls to get there.

Stepping in to the room, he took in those who were there, before noticing there was nobody he really spoke to in the room.

Where was Prim? He wondered on it for a moment or two, before hurrying to sit in one of the empty seats. He'd forgotten to acknowledge anyone, instead concentrating on getting a seat and getting ready. His head was off on the topic of Prim and her location. It wasn't like Primrose to miss lessons...
