Every story that he has ever heard about his birth is one filled with joy. His mother always said that the moment he arrived to her world it was as if sunshine came into it. Connor has always hard a bright and sunny disposition in life. His fondest memories of his childhood involved him cooking with his mother as she sang in Italian all the arias that she could remember. And while she wasn't the most fluent of speakers she always called him Sunshine. From what Connor could remember, his father worked in the Irish Ministry, helping create a bond between the Muggle world and the human one. His mother feared the Muggle world, but his father showed Connor the fascinating way that Muggles could be and he found himself entranced.
It was funny, but the thing he loved most, took away the people he depended on. It was in July when it happened. Connor was only nine years old when his parents went out for a drive. His father was insistent that his mother get used to the Muggle life since they were planning to move to a house in that world. But on a winding road at night, his family was hit by a drunk driver. Connor was completely crushed.
His only solace was that he wasn't alone in the world. His half brother Anthony was always nice, even if detached but he knew that he would be fine. He always got what he needed, but not enough to say that he loved him. At eleven, he went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Hufflepuff. He thanked the sorting hat for bringing him to a house surrounded by loyal and happy people. It was in his first year where he met Rhian. His relationship with her has always been awkward but she was there from his chubbiest of times till his adult one.
By some miracle when he graduated and was chosen to play in Quidditch. He plays for the Montrose Magpies as the Keeper. He loves the places he travels and the people he meets. And while he’s happy he’s ready to jump to whatever is next.

The Meloni family come from ancient inventors in Rome. They were seen as lower than the other older families because of their financial status. She previously married to John Harrington and had three children prior to the marriage of Connor’s father. Unfortunately that all changed when during the summer break, a house fire took everything from her Her husband and children were trapped inside and the only person left was her youngest Anthony. It was deemed as a political attack because of his father's progressive stance on blood unity. His mother could not handle the heartbreak of it all and found herself to London.
Years later she found love again in an Irish politician and despite her older age, she fell pregnant with what would be her last child. It was a hard childbirth, but nonetheless his mother gave birth to Connor. Anthony had a love for him, but it didn't run as deep as it should have.
Both were raised together, but it was never a thing of love. When his mother died, Connor was taken in more as a ward than a brother to Anthony. The first moment that Connor had a chance, he left not wanting to even think about being there any longer than necessary.
