The day that Taela's birth was announced, was at the same time that Devin was in a comatose condition after an accident in the Pitch. Cassana had her children brought to the hospital at the courtesy of their godmother and her best friend, Brooke Walters. At the time, Cassana and Devin thought that she would be their last. Two days after Cassana announced that she was pregnant, Devin came out of his coma. He recovered three weeks after, but held back on going out into the Pitch again until after Taela was born. It wasn't a life-threatening injury, so her father still plays for the International Quidditch Team of England.
Growing up Taela was a mischievous, prank-loving girl which happened due to her older siblings being like so. Her older siblings have an affinity for jokes, teases, and jaunts of the like, and she's adopted that similar mentality. She's more patent than her siblings, and her personality has turned out to be much more devoted, much kinder, much softer. At a young age she took up dancing, classical ballet and then hip-hop, modern, and jazz as she got older. She also took up ice-skating, and has a natural luck that's kept her from getting hurt all this time.
Due to her ability to dance so flawlessly, she also wants to take up yoga and pilates when she's older. She's energetic, kind, and devoted. She loves reading, loves her family, and loves experiencing life for what it is.
She found out she was in Hogwarts by receiving a letter and a personal visit from a member of the staff to induct her into the magical world. Though, her family had a more fun time introducing her to the magical world. She loves spending time with her family. She's excited to discover her abilities as a witch.

Her parents were an arranged marriage, one that was conducted at the age of 19/21. Cassana didn't want to be married, didn't think her parents even had those ideals, but it didn't change anything. During the war, her father was a "Travers". Her older sister, Gabriella, who she was close with, was disgusted to find out that she wasn't even really her father's real daughter. Her real father was a minor Death Eater, who had been put in Azkaban and died months after being sent there. Gabriella was distraught by her family's betrayal and lying, and left the family. She went by the name Marbella Floras, lived in New York City, and only ever kept contact with Cassana.
At the time that Devin and Cassana got married however, she had no idea of the whereabouts of Marbella was or if she was even safe. Her only hope that her sister was alive was the monthly trinkets that her sister sent her from around the world. Devin and Cassana hated each other from the get-go. Devin hated her because she was so adamant to accept that her lot in life was a pureblood and Cassana because he stood for the ideals that her family was pushing her into, ones that she didn't believe. Yet, as the months went on, Cassana and Devin became friends. They became good friends, almost even best friends, and they fell in love too.
The things that they disliked and hated in each other, became the very traits that they loved most of all. Cassana's energetic disposition to life, never-ending optimism and hopeful regard to life; Devin's apathetic, almost monotone speech, she started to be able to read into him. She was able to read his eyes, his gentle words, and he opened up. They blossomed for each other, and eventually, after college and after their careers were established, they had kids.
Cassana is a petite framed witch, and being pregnant with triplets took quite a toll on her body. At her sixth month of pregnancy, she was put into a wheelchair and on almost permanent bedrest for the rest of the time, effectively while she wasn't working she started a series of essays that categorized and organized the importance of the lesser-known potions. As Head Ambassador of Potioneering for the Ministry, she deals with the legal side of international potion making. Different substances from different countries, and the uses of them outside of their domestic sphere is her expertise.
Through all the trials and tribulations they work hard to maintain a happy home. Although they argue from time to time, and sometimes even have to spend months apart, her parents make a point to never go to bed angry and never fight in front of the kids. Her parents are truly in love, and they truly love their children, and that's everything to Taela.
