Adoptions?

Ummm...So, I was thinking. Would it be possible to have a character adoptions page? Like, a place where people can post requests for a character they want someone to play (i.e. Family members, spouses and the like) or so they can put one they've played themselves up if they no longer want to play them? The last bit isn't necessary, to be honest, I just figured I'd add it anyway. Thanks for reading!
