I can offer Katherine for Eros. She is the Herbology professor and is 25. She is sweet and kind and has a son that she ended up having after getting drunk and having a one night stand, but she never told the father about the child. If he won't mind her son then I am down with something going on between the two?

As long as Eros doesn't know about the son he won't mind. He does have a ship for later on, and I am actually looking for a few flings for him. If you don't mind that, we could work it out!

Eros would definitely not mind have something going on with Scarlett. As I've mentioned before though, he's not a faithful man - he's best buddies with James, so duh-. So if you don't mind Eros 'using' her, I am up for that.

So basically, for Kat and Maddie, Eros is glad to have both of your charries. Maybe he like... starts with Katherine and well, flirts with Scarlett. And finally learns about Katherine's son so he like.. distances himself and completely goes for Scarlett who is 'easily available' ? (These are Eros' terms, I feel so sorry for calling the girls these things..)
