Full Name: Ivy Grace Wool Age: 11 Date of birth: 3rd December, 2011 Birthplace: London Current home: Wool orphanage, London Blood Status: Unknown as her heritage is unknown Sexual Alignment: Heterosexual Wand type: 12 inches, phoenix feather, surprisingly swishy, Red Oak
Hair colour and style: Light brown, insanely curly hair that, at its longest, is shoulder length. Eye colour: Green Height: 5 foot 1 when fully grown Body type: Very fit, toned and even a little muscular Dress sense: She wears whatever she can find, or steal. She likes sticking to black leather jackets, hoodies and black jeans. Birthmarks: N/A Tattoos: N/A Scars: Piercings: Just her earlobes
Likes: (3 minimum) - Food, almost anything really. She inhales her plate. - Dancing- something she taught herself to pass the time. - Shoplifting/pick pocketing- a necessity at times when she's out of clothes. Though it's become something of a thrill to do so. Each time she tries to become more elaborate, more creative with how she goes about it. It's something of a challenge, a way to beat the boredom. - Magic- something new, something she didn't really know she had until she received a letter accepting her to Hogwarts.
Dislikes: (3 minimum) - Her surname- 'Wool', it's just so dull. - The orphanage in general- it's boring, dull, and the adults don't give a flying fudge about her or any of the kids there. The kids aren't too great either. - Sharing a room- honestly the fact that she has no proper alone time gets very grating, and she's likely to snap at someone at some time.
Strengths: (3 minimum) - She's very active and strong. She's great at running, keeping her balance, climbing, doing flips and jumps. She practises daily to pass the time. - She's very stealthy and moves quietly, she has to be so she doesn't get caught doing things such as stealing. It's a great skill if she ever needs to eavesdrop, or take something. - She's a great talker and can easily talk her way out of trouble. - She's cleverer than she lets on and has great instincts, she can read people rater well.
Weaknesses: (3 minimum) - She's very guarded and tends to bottle up emotion, instead opting for dry sarcasm when asked, or not even talking at all. - Doesn't form close connections to people- stemming, most likely, from a fear of abandonment. She was left by her parents one, she never wanted to get hurt in that way again. - Manners- she was never taught proper manners, and she doesn't seem to even try. - Impulsive at times. - Incredibly stubborn- she does what she likes, when she likes.
Positive traits: (3 minimum) - She's brutally honest, and will not beat around the bush (though this tends to hurt other's feelings, she doesn't care). - Strong, stoic, and resilient she's a master at masking her feelings. - She doesn't underestimate the value of intelligence, both in book smarts and street smarts, she's a quick thinker.
Negative traits: (3 minimum) - She tends to be manipulative, when she feels cornered. Almost unintentionally. She'll say anything that's needed. - Self absorbed, she's grown up having to practically look after herself, so she always looks out for number one, first and foremost. - She's apathetic to the struggles of others and won't help those she sees as weak. Weak people deserve what they get. - On the rare occasion she loses her temper... Run
Ivy spent the better part of her life in 'Wool Orphanage', which was both the best and worst time she had. Although, really she had nothing to compare it to. The best time as she learned to look out for number one, learned to take care of herself, despite others around her and their actions. Though, being reserved, she never formed any close friends. She had, however, gained a reputation as one of the kids that ought not to be messed with. The worst in the way that she had to live with crappy clothes, awful food, and share a dorm room with like twenty other kids. She really disliked those aspects.
In attempt to get some of her own money, her own clothes, something that was hers and not simply passed down to her, she started to steal. At first, it was small things. Chocolate bars, little tubes of lip gloss. As she got older, better and more stealthy, she opted for larger items. Clothes, jackets, wallets. At one time, even decided to take someone's car for a joyride. Although she got caught for that, and narrowly avoided any time in juvie due to her insistence that she didn't know right from wrong. The adrenaline rush that came from it was one of the reasons she kept doing so, the risk greater and greater each time. At that point, she had nothing to lose, so why not?
Mother: Name: Unknown Age: Unknown Living or Deceased: Unknown Blood type or Species: Unknown Occupation: Unknown
Father: Name: Unknown Age: Unknown Living or Deceased: Unknown Blood type or Species: Unknown Occupation: Unknown
Siblings: Name: Unknown Age: Unknown Living or Deceased: Unknown Blood type or Species: Unknown Occupation: Unknown
Pets: Name: Shadow Age: Unknown- it's a stray that hung around the orphanage. She fed it and it just never left. Living or Deceased: Living Blood type or Species: Black cat
Ivy doesn't remember much of her parents, only the vague, fuzzy memory of her mother's curly hair that she inherited. She wasn't entirely sure how she came by living in Wool orphanage, only that she'd been roughly three years old. Even her birthday was unknown, they went by the day that someone left her at the doorstep. It'd been a cold, wet night in December when she had been left there. Fragments of the memory still remained, being told to wait there, that the person who'd dropped her there would be 'just a little while', but had never returned. She was only discovered to have been there when the cold got too much, and she'd started crying for her mother. |
