Jacques is the heir to the Clement fortune and has therefore been given everything on a silver platter. He knows he is going to inherit the 'key' to France when his father passes on, and therefore has known from a very young age that he will one day 'rule'. The French don't see it this way, believing there is some kind of democracy, but that has simply never been true.
Jacques is quite calculative and more than willing to sacrifice others to better himself. That said, he still manages to be quite popular, though that is undoubtedly because of his name more than his mannerisms.
Jacques has a somewhat teetering stance with the Dark Arts. Most of this is kept to himself, though, but he's neither a good nor a bad character, he's very grey.
Looking for:~ Friends - either true friends, or friends who like him for the power he has and the things he can give.
~ Enemies - simply because this would be fun.
~ Sexual interests (this does not have to be explicitly written).
~ Girls who fawn over him (but are not wanting to move in to the above category).
~ A Pureblood girl to marry (though, I will denote that I have a VERY angsty plot in mind, so this will need to be someone open to that) -- I do have an FC in mind.
