The year was speeding through quicker than Sebastian could grasp. With the speed of the year came the impending nuptials that Aiden and he had been planning in and around their work. Though, Sebastian had to say, it was all in hand. The suits for the day had been picked out -- though Sebastian had still not told Aiden what colour he was wearing. Mimosa's dress for the day had been picked out and fitted for the young witch. The venue had been chosen, the date was set.
All that remained was the rings.
Sebastian had decided to take Aiden to London for the weekend before Valentine's Day. It had, awkwardly, fallen on a Tuesday, much to Sebastian's dismay, but they could make the most of the weekend. Making sure that Aiden got the time off, Sebastian had booked them a hotel for the evening -- nothing too swanky, but nice enough to be special. They would spend the day shopping for their rings, have a nice evening meal, before simply enjoying one another's company for the evening.
They could have stayed home, Sebastian knew that, but he wanted to do something a little bit more special for his fiance, because this would be the last Valentine's Day they would have unmarried. It was a special day.
Steering Aiden to the window of the second jewellers shop, looking through the window and trying to see if they had anything either one of them might like for the wedding band they would be wearing for the rest of their lives. "See anything you like?" Seb asked softly, his hand in Aiden's as they peered through the glass.
