Scarlett had a rare day off and had decided to use it to it's fullest by running errands. She'd gone and bought nice new robes, got a well-needed hair cut, and finally got herself a new broom (her old one, that she had purchased when she was twelve) had started to die. And now, she was at 'Scribbulus Writing Instruments', picking up some new quills (the ones she owned, the feathers had frayed and the nibs had been worn down). She was inspecting a quill, rather absentmindedly as her head filled with the millions of other things she had to do on her day off, before she'd be back at work and unable to do any of it. Eventually, she decided to pick up just a bunch of random quills, and some bottles of ink, and started to the counter to pay, accidentally shouldering someone along the way. She dropped all of her things.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, I just- I zoned out," she apologised.
