The Queen's Rule (Anastasiya)

Severine studied often, however never in the sight of others. Typically she studied up in her dormitory, while everyone else was soaking in the rays of the sun. Though today, she was in search of the one Hufflepuff girl, the older one that she had perfectly defended herself against in Defense Against the Dark Arts. Her name was Anastasiya or something like that and in Severine's mind, she would make a perfect minion - mostly because she seemed to be shy and uncertain.

Severine was one to take advantage of people's uncertainty, especially if she could get her way out of it. The girl walked into the fourth floor study area. Sure Anastasiya wasn't a Ravenclaw but maybe Hufflepuff's were geeks too and she'd find her here. And her suspicions were correct. "Hello Anastasiya," the Gryffindor said, sliding her body into a chair across from her.

Anya frequented the study area, seeing as it was on a forever growing list of quiet places at Hogwarts. The girl had planted herself into a rather comfortable chair and she was just about to begin studying her Potions book, when a familiar Gryffindor approached her.

"Hello Anastasiya"

Anya did not understand why full names were such a necessity to the girl. Severine was already a very proper young woman and the use of a shortened name was not going to change that.

"Hi Sev," Anya half-smiled towards the Charlot girl. She closed the potions book and tucked it away into her bag, knowing that there was no use trying to study at the moment; Severine was likely to not want Anya's attention anywhere but her fair face and large ego.

"Are you here to study? Maybe it's a class I can help with. If it's potions then I'm of no use," she laughed nervously.
