- Manipulation- she knows how to get what she wants- what to say, when to say it, and who to say it to. It's an art.
- Flirting and charming people come very easily. Batting her eyelids and changing her tone of voice has a surprisingly strong effect on people
- Memorising- she can easily keep track of any fabrication or lie told, which definitely come in handy if she or Madison gets stuck in a sticky situation. Also definitely helps for exams.
-Observant- whether it be looking for facial cues, watching people interact with each other, or even just keeping up with general gossip, she's got it down pat.
- Forgery- A skill that has come in handy many a time
-Planning- She's great at planning, thinking ahead and is very detail-oriented
-Directing conversations- her sister improvises, and she ensures that they don't say anything compromising, nor anything that conflicts with what they've previously said/done.

-Her sister
- Her pride- while difficult to destroy, if it ever happens, the effects will be devastating.
- Romance- she simply doesn't see a need for it, and doesn't understand how people can fall so hard for someone else.
-Forging lasting friendships- with the exception of her sister, she hasn't got another 'proper' friend. She considers friends more as tools, and often feigns closeness
-Improvising- that's her sister's job. She just ensures that their story stays consistent.
-She simply can't resist toying with people when the opportunity presents itself

- Intelligent- she's a quick thinker and very good at storing/remembering important information (both pertaining to people and to academic concepts). She's also good at making connections, no matter how vague it might be

-Uncompromising- it's her way or the highway. She grew up spoilt and is use to having her own way.
- Cold- she tends to put on a show of being all warm and fuzzy. Inwardly, she's not as bubbly as she is perceived to be.

-Unforgiving- especially if you try to hurt her sister. Though she's subtle about how she goes about plotting revenge.
Brought up by a pure-blood mother and a muggle dad, she and her sister were spoilt with the best of both worlds, so to speak. Despite the fact that their mother was disowned by her family for getting into a relationship with a muggle, her father was a multi-millionaire thanks to his work, and thus their family was never short on money.
Clothes, toys, books… Anything and everything Maddie and Melody wanted, they got, from both Muggle stores and that from the Wizarding world. Growing up, Madison was very close with her sister; they would spend all their time together, playing, chatting, and just doing whatever.
The two girls, who tended to become quite bored quite easily, developed a habit for playing tricks. The two conspired together, playing mostly harmless pranks on their nanny. In fact, it got so bad that most nannies hired quit within the first couple of months. It only worsened as the two discovered their magic, which opened so many doors to the art of pranking.
In fact, they discovered their magic at the age of seven, working on a massive trick for a particularly nasty nanny that had been employed. Basically, it ended with an unhinged kitchen door, a shattered window, flying cutlery and a squashed cake.
When it came time to go to school, Madison decided on Hogwarts, when Melody decided to go to Beauxbatons, to gain more influence, make a wider variety of friends. Though she spoke to Madison everyday, Melody missed her sister dearly and really just wanted to be with her again.

Aaron grew up in a small but loving family with his mum, dad and younger sister of three years. He lost her to a freak accident when he was 17. It caused him to switch his focus from a banker and he became a lawyer.
When Aaron he was 23, he met a teenaged girl on the streets who had run away from home and helped her as much as he could, falling in love with her in the process. When she revealed she was a witch, it was the biggest shock of his life, but he and his parents accepted her - and her lifestyle - with open arms.
He used to be a roadway accident lawyer, but eventually found that job took up too much energy and he didn't have much time for his new wife. A couple of months after they got married, he switched focus onto a different field, one that required less of his time: he became an intellectual property lawyer. He shot up the ranks and soon left the firm he worked at to start his own business, and as such was able to take on and reject whichever cases he wanted.
He accepted a big job just as Alura fell pregnant. By the time the case had finished - and he won - she was almost halfway through her pregnancy. The moment the results came in, he became a multi-millionaire practically overnight. Almost immediately he put the money into investments, saving some in a bank as 'spare', and as such, increasing his profits.
Alura, on the other hand, grew up in a strict and stifling pure-blood family, suffocating in the way that they always followed the rules to the last word. She attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, being placed, appropriately in Slytherin house, where she flourished. While the house was as expected of her, it also taught her what she truly wanted, and allowed her to grow as an individual.
At the age of 17, her parents announced that she was to marry a boy from another 'noble' family. And of course, she didn't want that at all. After attending her seventh year of Hogwarts, which gave her time to mull things over, she concluded that she certainly didn't want to get married so young. And then, when returning home when school finished, a fight was had between her and her parents. That's when her father told her to get out, leave, and that she was no longer a part of their family.
She ended up on the streets, in the muggle world, where she met Aaron Bishop, who took her in and helped her. Eventually, she got married to the successful lawyer and had two beautiful twin girls, Madison and Melody. |
