Taste of Heaven Pair 7 [Invite Only]

Corbin paused, almost dramatically, before reading out the next pair: Cassiopeia and Taylor. "The rest of you can drink and mingle while our two chosen ones get comfortable. When it's time to announce the next pair, I'll call for you to gather again," he said.

To the pair, in a lower tone, he added, "Consent is the key word. If either of you so much as think of doing something the other doesn't agree to, there will be fudging hell to pay, am I clear?" His tone was void of any emotion, dark and dangerous; he was serious. "Should either attempt, the safe word is, simply, 'dolvina'. Commit it to memory -- dolvina." Pausing for a moment, he made sure to look both individual in the eyes before continuing. "This is for emergencies only, meaning you cannot -- and you will not -- use it simply because you don't enjoy the company of the other."

There was a low threat in his tone, indicating that nasty things would happen should the phrase be used otherwise, but what these were he didn't say. Instead, with a smirk, he motioned towards the door. "Enjoy," he said, waiting for them to enter before he started the timer.

OOC Things to note:

1) These pairings were genuinely made with a pairing generator online, with the only edited tweaks being when siblings or two characters of the same handler were paired, in which case names were randomly switched.

I'm sorry if you don't like your pairing.


2) As your characters won't know how long they have to spend in the room (it can be anywhere from 7 minutes to 15 minutes, and is completely random), Mads and I have decided that neither will you (surprise? heh).

As such, keep posting with each other and after the allocated time (we'll estimate from the writing), we'll post as Corbin or Lucy and 'open' the door, ending the thread.

IF you want to include a timeline at the bottom (for example, OOC: it's been one minute in this thread) feel free to, although try and remember that the time they could be locked together is between SEVEN and FIFTEEN minutes (so keeping the count after seven to one minute at a time would be helpful for us <3)

We hope you enjoy it and that your characters don't suffer -- too much -- from being forced into a small, tight space with random people. Having said that, we're not sorry, and neither are Corbin or Lucy. xD <3

Cassiopeia didn't really know the game that. So she had just waited to see what will happen and was also curious with who she will be paired up together. She was actually drinking there some alcohol filled drink there. She just decided to drink it since this was a party and nothing bad can happen here if she just drinks one or two drinks.

Cassie soon enough heard her own name and then some boy whose name was Taylor. She wasn't really sure who that person was. She probably hasn't spoken really with the person before or maybe just because of classes purpose or so. She looked around the room and was a bit of nervous about it.

She heard what the safe word was and even heard that it can't be used when the person with who you are in that small room just doesn't like you. She rolled her eyes. This seven to fifteen minutes can't be that long for sure. She is sure it will be fine and nothing bad happens.

Cas walked into the room. She was curious and also nervous about this. Not knowing the person really made her nervous and then curious because she wanted to know what will happen in there between her and Taylor.

Taylor let her go first before walking in after, and studied the blonde in front of him. "So, do you know anything about what usually happens in these sorts of situations?" he asked, able to read that she was a little nervous. "Here's the short of it, usually people come inside, kiss a little. If you're adventurous maybe do a bit more than that, light groping or something like that, though it's not necessary. It's up to us to decide how much we're comfortable with doing, you follow?" he asked.

Waiting for a moment to let that sink in, he then sighed and rubbed a hand through his hair. "Look, the thing is I kind of have a girlfriend now. So, I really don't want to do much more than just a chaste kiss or something on the cheek. Is...is that okay?" he asked, hoping that wouldn't offend her too much. It wasn't that she wasn't attractive, but...for once he was trying to be a good guy. He was finding it harder than he should, as part of him wanted to snog her because they were in a situation that it wouldn't be frowned upon. That was what the old Taylor would do though, and a girl like Severine who for some reason seemed to trust him deserved better than that.

Cassiopeia listened what the boy said there to her now. She really has heard about this game before but she has never really played it herself before. Now she basically had to play. Seemed like there was no way out of this.

She looked at the boy and thought there a little bit before she even began to reply back. "Well since you have a girlfriend then I don't really wanna mess things about for you. So yeah I guess kiss on the cheek is fine," she said there. "Oh and I have heard about this game before but never played it myself," she added.

She really had no idea what exactly they should do there. "Or we can just talk too. We don't really have to kiss, I'm sure. I'm not really that comfortable to even give my first kiss away to someone who I don't even know," she said and sighed. She basically admitted that she has never kissed anyone before.
