Strengths:

Weaknesses:
- Has somewhat of a temper that she has learnt to control, but it does show itself at times.
- Her parents, because she does her best to please them.
- Herself; she wants people to look at her and see Chara, not just ‘a member of the Fletcher family’ or ‘a potential wife for another Pureblood’. However, knowing this should not be, she instead tries to be content with doing what she is supposed to.
- Reading people; she has a tendency to read too much into something, although she is getting better at picking up things.
Positive traits:
- Stubborn; in a way, this is good because she is firm, hardly budging from what she has deemed to be right.

- Stubborn; this is, quite obviously, also something that is bad, mainly due to the fact that she would rather go down with her ship (so to speak) than change her mindset or agree to something.
- Chara always wants to please people – most of all, her parents – and as such does not always stay true to who she is to accomplish this.
- Over-analytical; as stated above, Chara has a habit of over-thinking situations, leading to either unnecessary worry or jitters.
Background
Born in a private ward in St. Mungo’s, she came out perfectly healthy. As she grew up, she was attended to by nannies and her own chamber maids. As expected of any respectable pureblood family, her parents also got her private tutors to ensure that she was properly trained in speaking, fine dining, and other common etiquette by the time she turned 11 and headed off to Hogwarts.
When she was five, her mother gave birth to another female. Sarah and Chara, due to the age gap, were never very close. Her brother was delivered two years later. As the eldest out of the three, she was expected to help take care of them, although the nannies did most of the work for her.
As a female, she was raised knowing it was her duty to get engaged and married young, to ensure that some other family of purebloods could continue their line. She is perfectly alright with this, although part of her hopes that she would get a kind husband, one that she could grow to love and who could love her back. However much she likes the idea of an actually romantic relationship, she is happy doing what is required of her, knowing that being superior to others comes at a price.

Family Background
As with all typical pureblood lines, Marco and Vicki got engaged when they were in their 6th and 5th year at Hogwarts respectively. They married the year they graduated and went on to have three children, with Chara being the eldest. When their son was delivered on the 11th of August, they stopped their attempts for more children, because there was no need for anymore.
During her Hogwarts years, Vicki was a Ravenclaw, having always had a love of studying and books in general. She is one of two children in her family, with the other being her younger brother. Marco, on the other hand, was in Slytherin, and the only child, as his mother passed away before she could have a second pregnancy.
