Brief History:
Blake works as an auror in a squad specialising in undercover work. He’s currently working at Hogwarts as a Muggle Studies professor while investigating the recent Nightshades attack. He's had a rough past, but he hides it, with only his girlfriend (another Auror in his squad) knowing about it.

Brief Personality:
He tends to come off as relaxed and non-threatening, although he’s actually much sharper and quicker than one might think; he is, after all, an auror. Overall, he’s sarcastic and fun to be around, usually joking about anything and everything he can, even if not always inappropriate.

Looking for:
~ Friends! Loads of friends
~ Possibly someone he can mentor
~ Someone to flirt with him, perhaps? (Although he'd never go with it.)
~ Perhaps someone who can be suspicious of him
~ Students for him to suspect, whether or not they're actually 'bad'

I'm assuming you mean in Muggle Studies, because people don't know who he is... in which case, it would have to be a Pureblood... possibly Elenore, though that would mean admitting she was weak in that area...

IDK if he'd take an interest in Wesley?

I only have Victoria, and IDK how they'd cross paths, so probably noting I can offer here :(
