Victoria grew up in a very loving home, and was doted on by not only her parents, but her brother, too. She was the centre of the Newbury family from the day she came in to the world, and she was a breath of fresh air to all those around her.

At the age of eight, Victoria was in a road traffic accident which left her paralysed. For years, there had been the understanding that Victoria would never walk again, but this did not deter the young witch. She pushed herself harder than ever, achieving many things that made the young witch the woman she is today.

Notable achievements:
- Took 14 O.W.L.S, and achieved Outstanding in 13 of them.
- Hufflepuff Prefect
- Hogwarts Head Girl
- Took 14 N.E.W.T.S. - achieved Outstanding in all of them.
- First survivor of the African Bug that was sapping the magical capabilities from the masses in the Wizarding World.
- Completed her Law Degree in three years (ahead of time).

Victoria will never use the list above to introduce herself, but these will have been noted in the papers, and such places, and therefore may open up opportunities for there to be meetings.

Looking for:
~ Friends -- Victoria is a social butterfly, and always happy to help.
~ Colleagues -- within the Magical Law Enforcement Squad, or the Ministry, Victoria is no picky who she talks with.
~ Potential clients -- Victoria needs cases -- smaller scale -- in which she can defend those who have found themselves in sticky situations. Victoria is definitely open to pro bono work, too, so this may come of use.
~ Victoria is a beautiful young witch, so some flirtations would not go amiss -- though, for any cocksure (or beautiful women) who think they will get something from Victoria, you are sadly mistaken.
~ Anything else anyone would like to throw my way, because Victoria needs some loving!
