Background

Alyssa Ven was born to a high class family in Copenhagen, Denmark. She was the youngest of three, her older siblings being twin males. Since she was the youngest, she was also very spoiled. But that didn't mean that she was defenseless. Her father had hired a renowned Auror to tutor her how to defend herself. She had a hard time with it at first, before eventually getting used to it, and mastering each and every technique that she was taught. As she grew, she wanted to become a Healer.

At the age of 15, her family had moved to England, since her father had friends from Hogwarts and he decided to send her there. She was sorted into Ravenclaw, and graduated as one of the top students. She loves playing Quidditch, although she does not play professionally, although she wishes she did. Currently, she is a Healer in St. Mungo's, although she does go back to Hogwarts occassionally to help out in the Hospital Wing.

Family Background

The Vens are a wealthy Danish family, owning most muggle and wizarding banks all over Europe. Her parents were actually not allowed to marry, since her mother was a muggleborn, nevertheless, they did. And when Matthias's parents found out, they could not disown him for fear of their loss of power. So they mostly ignored the Hall-Ven family, not even communicating with them once. Both her parents love their children very much, but not as much as they loved Alyssa, since she was their only girl, and the youngest of them all. The older Vens were pureblood extremists, but her father is not, teaching his children that all wizards and witches are equal, and deserve to be treated with utmost respect.
