The Study of Ancient Runes — Lesson 1 - Page 3 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Study of Ancient Runes — Lesson 1   The Study of Ancient Runes — Lesson 1 - Page 3 EmptyMon Jan 22, 2018 1:09 pm

The demonstration of the spell and the runestone was interesting to watch even if she at first didn't get the point but when professor explained it then she did understand it. She looked even at that runestone that was passed around there now. It didn't seem to ordinary one for her. Then again she barely knew anything about the runes. She has never really been interested in them.

She still listened what professor said about the runestone there now. She saw the words armour there for sure. It seemed to be quite a useful rune kind of the way but she knew she would never get the hand of one herself. She wasn't really that interested in the runes to go get them or make them her own. So she had just decided to learn things in this class and not sure if really out of it. Unless she needed to help someone.

When there was said they will need their hammer now and some other their tools then she took out her kit from her bag. She had bought them just in case but she never used them until now. She had always buy all her school supplies herself already since she was eleven. Her parents just gave her money. She has never really had much of support from them. Anyways at first, her nanny was there with her. Even if she didn't really need one, already when she was eleven or so.

She took her hammer and looked at that piece of the wood she had now in front of her. She was supposed to make her own name to appear there now. She knew the rune letters by now. She had written her name so many times earlier so she already knew how to do it. She still had the book on the right page open just in the case. She had no idea how well she will make them appear on the wood, it won't be so easy as with quill on the paper.

She soon began to make the S there and soon came there A, S, H, A. too. She knew it didn't really look that pretty but then again it was her first try at doing something like this. She hoped her first attempt at doing something like this looked good. She knew after some practice she could be even better on this one. She just needed to try more to do this.

Since her name was easy and simple she was done already. She had no idea how well others will do or how fast. Now she had to wait was others to finish it too. So maybe with that, the class will end today and they can go their ways. This class has been quite a long one already for sure.

The distant bell rang once more signaling the end of class. Students of all stripes streamed from his sixth-floor classroom and Andrei Kessler found himself alone once more. Sadly, he now had to eschew his role as professor and don the mantle of administrator.

Oh well, it had been fun while it lasted.

Till' next time...
