Let's Get This Party Started! (Open to the Older Hogwarts Students)

Whilst the opening feast had been alright, Travis liked to start the term off with a bang. Being kept back a year was not going to knock the party attitude from Travis any time soon, and as he'd promised Ethan in Diagon Alley, he would be opening the school year in style.

Finding a house elf on the way in had been the hardest part of the plan, and after slipping the information to the ever eager creature, the preparations had been made. The room had been set up in something of a clubbing style, and the invite had been sent out to all the older, cool kids. If Travis saw a younger kid enter, he would be throwing them out in an instant.

Checking the room once more, Travis moved towards the stereo, turning up the music so it filled the room. A smile touched his lips in that moment, relishing in the feeling of being home. Now, all he needed were his friends, and some girls and the night would be complete!

The instant Aiden received the invitation for the party he had decided to go. After all, what sane person would refuse to party at the start of the year? Not to mention that Aiden just generally liked to party.

Dressing in some leather trousers and a tight-fitting top with some dragon-hide skin boots, Aiden had made his way towards the Arts, Music and Dance Room. He did go there on more then one occasion but that was only to practice his violin. So when he stepped into the room that night, he blinked his eyes in shock.

The room was exactly like a nightclub. It had the lights, the bar, the dance floor. Everything just looked so perfect that Aiden couldn't complain about anything. Looking around, he wondered over to the bar and just lent against it for now. He wondered if Sebastian would be at the party or if he would have to set his sights on someone else for the night.

Sebastian had skipped the start of term feast because he didn't have many - if any - friends in his house. The only friend he really had was Aiden, and they would be too far apart for Sebastian to talk to him. Skipping away from the crowd had been easy and the Italian had been curled up in bed way before any of roommates came back. Albeit it a little hungry.

The invitation to the party, however, was not something Sebastian had been expecting, but after only a moment's thought, he'd decided to head off to the party. After all, it would be fun, wouldn't it?

Slipping in to a pair of black trousers and a short sleeve shirt, Sebastian flicked his hair up a little bit more and hurried off towards the Fourth Floor. The music room was not somewhere he'd been in the previous year, so this was somewhat difficult for him to find, but after following a couple of guys in to the room, Sebastian marvelled at the look of the room.

He'd never been to one of the parties before, but he most certainly wasn't going to miss another one.

Looking around for a few moments, Sebastian's eyes fell on someone very familiar and a grin pulled his lips up easily. Moving to the bar, Sebastian nudged his friends before leaning against the bar himself. "Hey!" The Ravenclaw greeted his friend, picking up a bottle of alcohol without really looking and pouring himself a glass. "Ready for a good night?" Sebastian asked over the music, pretending (convincingly, he hoped) to know what he was doing in this situation.

Parker had always liked parties, since most of the parties he went to were for his family. Since his family loved to throw parties for there children, and how they put their children first before everyone else, and then soon Parker knew that he should go to a party, and the sixteen year old heard that there was going to be a party for back to school.

Then soon the sixteen year old decided to put on a pair of tanish jeans, a pair of red vans, a navy blue button shirt, and he went over to do his hair to make it look nice in case he met any girls at the party. Then soon he decided to put cologne.

Parker soon made sure he looked nice, and he soon walked up to the party, and he soon arrived there and he smiled. This place was pretty great, and the place looked just like a nightclub since his uncle worked at one and he was able to go there.

Then soon the Slytherin looked around and he went to get a drink since he was thristy and he knew he would need to stay hydrated, and soon he looked over at someone and he said. " Hey this a pretty good party wouldn't you agree? " he said with a smile.

Auorra looked alive in the party. She was wearing this . She herself thought she looked quite sexy. She and her mother had chosen out the outfit. The outfit was designed by herself and her mother. Though she won't tell anyone else that. It wasn't proper for a pureblood heiress to behave like that. Even though she wasn't a pureblood she sure has the attitude of one.

And anyways she hoped that the other slytherins would be so jealous of her beautiful outfit. Hey a woman can dream! She made sure not to stand next to a mudblood. That indeed would be a taint on her good reputation that probably couldn't be fixed. She gave her winning gentle smile and looked around. Well it was a good thing she a good actress.

Alexander had never been one privy to parties, mostly because the parties at Hogwarts were not the same as they were at home. Balls were the kind of parties Alexander was used to, and he didn't much see the point in other parties. But this evening his interest had peaked just enough for him to actually want to try the parties that Hogwarts held.

He would not, of course, tell Chara that he was coming to the party, because he wasn't quite sure he wanted her to know.

But that, well, that was for another time.

Pulling on a suit and tie for the event, Alexander slipped in to the party and felt... well, very, very out of place. His confidence in this situation seemed to leave him the moment he entered and the Slytherin moved to the corner of the room, leaning in to it and trying not to look too scared in that moment.

"Bad decision." Alexander muttered to himself, watching others moving on the dance floor in manners he knew not to be proper in the slightest.

Venus had heard of the party that Travis was throwing. Was that his name? But she was shocked when she herself had received an invitation. She had decided to go, and dressed herself in a vibrant purple dressthat hugged her frame slightly but ended slightly above her knee. Her hair was draped over her shoulders and she had barely any make-up on. She walked down to the room that it had said to be in with an air of confidence.

Upon entering she smiled as it looked fantastic. Moving towards the dance floor, Venus glanced around for someone to dance with. She hadn't come here to stand around and talk. She shrugged her shoulders and headed in that direction. She was dancing by herself to the beat of the music. Forgetting that other people were in the room she danced to her hearts content, and just let herself go forgetting that there would be school the very next day.

With the music now at a decent level, Travis moved around the people milling in to the event. This was nothing short of a good party, and Travis planned on making the most of it. Picking up a glass of the illegally acquired alcohol, Travis moved on to the dance floor.

He came face to face with a fellow Hufflepuff soon after, Venus if he remembered correctly. Giving her a smile, Travis moved closer, joining in her movements with a grin on his lips. "Mind if I join you?" Travis asked, smooth as always with the ladies.

"Your dress, and yourself, both look very beautiful tonight." He added, over the music, offering her his cup which was still half full of Firewhiskey. "Makes the night more fun, if you're game?" He added, amusement playing on his features at the words he'd chosen. Drinking was just a part of his social life now, so he could handle alcohol quite well. Well, well enough for a boy of his age, anyway.
