Full Name: Thaddeus Romero Greer
Position: Flying Instructer
Qualifications & Previous Education:
I was on the Slytherin Quidditch team in my day. I know the basics, and aced Flying when I was in school. I'm no professional Quidditch player, but I still fly in my free time when I need some space. I'm eager to push students to try their hardest, and go outside their boundaries if necessary.
What makes you qualified for this job?
I'm learning to be patient with children. Recent events have made this a necessity. I'm very goal driven, I will help them achieve goals they want to make. I can be stern at times, but I'm learning to be understanding as well. I know not all students will be able to accomplish their goals and conquer their fears.

Roleplay Example:
Tad looked at the ring on his finger. It wasn't just any ring. It actually meant something. Something special. Tad was just beginning to get used to having it on, and it felt like it weighed like a ton of bricks. He smiled though. He had actually found somebody that meant enough to him to walk her down the isle. He felt like a completely changed man and that made him happy. Even though she was a halfblood, she was worth risking his family for. He wasn't that close to his parents anyways for them to say it was acceptable or not, but the fact that it was his fault for breaking the Greer bloodline, was a weight on his shoulders he couldn't shake. It wasn't his fault she was so damn irresistible.
Tad smiled as he walked on the green grass out on the Hogwarts lawn. It was a beautiful day, and a good one for his first lesson as Flying Professor. He breathed in the air. He really felt like a completely different person since the last time he taught at Hogwarts. He knew it would be hard to convince other people of that, but Veronika and Lettie knew, and that was all that mattered.
He smiled as the students started arriving. First it was one by one, then slowly the first years started arriving in groups. Already pairing up with friends along the brooms that he had laid out. He said, "Alright! Class is ready to begin. Listen up please! Listen!" They quieted down at his booming voice. He continued, "Today, we are going to learn how to properly fly a broom. We may not leave the ground today, but I want you all to be able to get your broom from the floor to your hand."
He saw them stair at him blankily. He grinned. He said, "It's not as simple as bending down and picking it up." He stood to the left side of his own broom, and said, "up" instantly, the broom went to the palm of his hand and he grasped the firm wood. He said, "Repeat my actions!" Around him the children stood around their brooms, and said, "Up." None of the brooms went to their hands. This was going to be an interesting day.
