4) Why do you want to participate in the treasure hunt?
I think it will be an interesting experience. I've never participated in anything like this before, or played anything like this, so I don't know what to expect. It does sound intriguing and like I can learn something from it, though, and all the other Ravenclaws are talking about it.

I guess I don't have a proper answer for this; I don't necessarily want to participate. I'm doing it because everyone else is doing it -- and while I'm not one to follow the crowd, sometimes they lead you into things that are good -- and I see no harm in it.

5) What are you hoping to achieve from entering the treasure hunt?
An experience. Those can only be obtained by going out and doing things. I'm not sure I can win, and I'm not sure what to expect, but I know that whatever happens I will gain experience and learn new things.

It seems fun and interesting. Also, I wonder what I will get if I finish it. I haven't been in one before, so new experiences for sure are good. Well also I have heard people talking about so decided to check it out myself too. Seemed like a good idea.

4) Why do you want to participate in the treasure hunt?
Simple: attention.

(She refuses to say more, but basically, she knows she'll be able to do well. As she put it, it can't be all that difficult if it's open to all years, and as a sixth year, it won't be hard at all. If she knew she would fail, she wouldn't have joined; after all, if a sixth year didn't manage to complete something a first or second year could, it would be dreadfully embarassing.

That, and she thinks it could be fun, and she's already quite bored with things as is.)

5) What are you hoping to achieve from entering the treasure hunt?
Achieve? That's a weird question to ask. I ~~hope~~ will win, of course, although I'm not sure if that counts as achievement. I'm not sure there's anything to 'achieve' from a game like this -- except, perhaps, attention. It's not even all that great to gain glory; if it's open to first years, how tough can it be?

Because I'm fudging bored? Because there's nothing else remotely fun in this school, apart from when we get to do shit in classes? (Aside from parties and Naomi or female transfer students, but that's not a kind of fun that the Professors would condone.) Because almost everyone else is doing it, and if you're too fudging chicken to try, you're worse off than a firstie?

And, most importantly, because I fudging want to? Do I need reason more?

Glory and eternal fame. For fudge's sake who comes up with these questions?

Well... I met this girl over the summer... and I guess she knows more about Hogwarts than I do. Anyway, she suggested this might be a good way for me to learn my way around the school, and I think she might be right. Though, of course, I don't really know what I'm getting myself in for...

Ummm... well, I would imagine I'll know my way around the school. And... well, maybe Madison and I could be friends after this. Uh. *rubs the back of his neck awkwardly because he doesn't really know what to say.

4) Why do you want to participate in the treasure hunt?
It sounds fun enough even if some people would be mental in joining this, I included. It will also give me some guideline of how far I can go. It should certainly be fun enough seeing other people do this.

That's a bit of an ambiguous question. I mean I can achieve anything from it but I suppose the correct answer would be' I'm hoping to see how far I can go with my abilities at this moment in time as you can guess from my previous answer.

I love new adventures, I always have enjoyed them. So treasure hunt will be fun and interesting for sure. I have tried some out in past. So I have some experiences already probably but there wasn't really magic in them.

Some new experiences for myself. Awesome new knowledge for sure too, even if I don't like studying.

I'll FINALLY be in my seventh year and I just turned seventeen.

Well, I heard it's going to be something fun and I'm always up for trying new things. Maybe meet some new people this way.

What am I hoping to achieve? Well, quite a lot of things but most would be just seeing where my abilities lie at this point in time when it comes to magical education as well as hopefully beating some idiots who would certainly be too smug about winning this thing.
