Dearest Jake
I'm leaving America, Jackson has been great but I need to be alone. I need to find myself and I can't do it with someone else. I need to find my passions again and find what will make me happy.
I'm not sure where I am going to go yet but I promise I will be safe. Please don't try contact me, I will send letters when I can.

Dearest Jake
I hope this finds you before Christmas. I am alive and well and I hope you and the children have a good Christmas. Make sure they are spoiled.
I think I have found myself again Jake. I feel happy again and I feel as if I have my voice. I haven't had nightmares in months.
Hope you are safe. Say hello to Frank for me.
Ps. Hope the kids enjoy their presents.

Dearest Jake.
I want to come home. I am happy and I have found myself. I am no longer sad and I look forward to each day. I have so much to tell you. I will be in Egypt for two weeks, I have written my address on this letter. I want to talk to you I have missed you and your guidance but I have found myself. After Egypt I will be with Jackson for a week I promised him a new tattoo.

Once Lucy sent the letter she left the tribe she had spent the months learning about herself with, she went to Egypt. A small hotel room already booked. She waited to see if Jake would answer. The children she had small souvenirs for, and for Jake she had something she thought he would like. He'd been such a great help that she couldn't not do something for him. Not many could let someone go and trust them like Jake let her go but he did and she had found herself. She wasn't the same Lucy as before she was taken, before her drugs and before her heartbreak but she was now a young lady and not a girl. She was a young woman who had overcome her demons. |

Dear Lucy,
I'm so glad to hear you have found yourself, and that you're happy. I'm looking forward to seeing you, too! Whoever this Jackson is, I hope he's treated you right!
Thank you for the kids presents -- they, of course, loved them, and Ivan wants to know when you'll be coming to see him. I've told him it won't be long now -- though I think he wants to go to the farm, more than anything!
The key to my house is in the normal place, let yourself in where you're back in the UK. Make yourself at home, you know where everything is -- Frank is around the place somewhere, he wouldn't leave me be!
Can't wait to hear all your stories in a couple of weeks!
