Tessa was born to Elizabeth and Edward Grey. As she was an only child she was known to be somewhat spoiled. But she knew that her parents give in to every demand. As they knew one day that would be bad. Her mother made sure that she had the best education that she could have. As she was taught to be a pureblood lady. Hoping one day she would be ready for a husband. So that meant that Tessa was always having lessons. Also, she had a nanny since the day that she was born. Even though her parents spent time. Tessa loved her nanny and Tessa knew that her parents loved her.

Tessa knew that she had lessons from her tutor. Making sure that she was always doing her best. As she didn’t want to disappoint her parents.  Tessa knew that she was going to be attending Salem. Even though she didn’t start showing her magic until she was nine years old. Her parents were so proud of her. Meaning she was glad that she wasn’t a squib. As she knew what a laughing stock that would be. As she was a Grey and she knew that would bring shame to her family.

When she was eleven she got her letter that she was always expecting. And Tessa only had the best supplies as the expense was something that she didn’t have to worry about. And she didn’t have to worry about hand me down as she didn’t have any siblings. Everything had to be perfect for her. As she knew that she would only be a first year only once. Her parents got her an owl just so that she could send letters home. Tessa was actually sorted into Wormwood. And she couldn’t be more proud of herself. But she knew that she would have to work on her studies. As she had high hopes for herself. Friends weren’t really that hard for her. As she was a popular person.  Tessa would have tried out for Quidditch, but on her first flying lesson, she fell off the broom. So that was the end of that dream. But she really did love watching it. But other than that she did get high marks in her lessons.

Flying was something that she got bad marks. Which she wrote her parents and explained why. And said that she would never get back on the broom. It was something that her parents going to force her to do. Potions were something she was somewhat decent at. She wouldn’t say that she was best at it. But it was enough to get by. There were many nights she would spend studying. As she wanted those high marks. And she knew that she would have to work for them. Tessa knew that all of her hard would pay off one day. Meaning she could do whatever she wanted when she was done with school. But she wasn’t ready to plan her future in her first year. As she knew that thing was always changing. And she knew that she would change her mind maybe once or twice.

Tessa made sure to apply her studying habit to her second and third year. She was glad that she didn’t have to take flying. As it was a class that she hated. And she really loved school. So it was really bad if she was saying that. As she was already into doing things her way. She wasn’t about ready to change for anybody. And wasn’t going let anybody stand her in the way. As Tessa was happy with how the thing was happening. She knew that her parents were so proud of her. As she was starting to be a young lady. Life was perfect until she was fifteenth. Her parents then told her that she was in an arranged marriage to Damien Greene. She knew all about him as he was a few years ahead of her in school. Which she really didn’t give him the time of day. He would say that she was a spoiled pureblood. Which that was partially true. But she couldn't believe that her parents would do this to her.

But it seemed like Damien was doing his best to make the best of it. Tessa knew that she had no choice but to go through this marriage. She knew that even if she did love it, she had to do it. She really didn’t know when it actually happens. But she had fallen in love with Damien. So that made her only want to marry him more. Which she was happy that she was his wife. She knew that Damien father was in a hurry to hand over the network. So she was married to the man who owned Fox Network. Which Tessa also had a hand in. As she helped run it with her husband. Also, Damien had a house elf that would help them. Her name is Randi as she was the one who helps raise Damien. Tessa accepted the idea that she would come with him.

Three years of being married Tessa gave birth to Dominique. Which was the apple of their lives? As she was precious and didn’t want anything bad to happen to her.  Randi was excited about the new little miss. Just as Tessa and Damien were both proud of her. When Dominique got older she decided that she wanted to attend Hogwarts. Which was strange as both of her parents attended Salem. But Tessa wasn’t going to turn it into a fight. If that was where she wanted to go, then it was going to happen. So Tessa and Damien made sure to donate money to the school. As always money would always talk and help get you what you want. So when Dominique was old enough she made her way to Hogwarts. Where she was sorted into the Gryffindor house. Tessa knew that she was so proud of her. Which she knew that Damien felt the same way.

Tessa was always on Dominique about her lessons. And how important it was to keep high marks. She didn’t like the idea of her taking flying. Which was something that every first year had to take? But she did feel better when she learned who was teaching. It also didn’t help that Dominique was bugging them to play quidditch. Which they both gave into it as she got a broom for her twelve birthday. Even if she was against the idea. Because she knew that she could get hurt. But Damien was telling her that she was being overprotective. Which really wasn’t a bad thing but Tessa knew that she was going to have to let Dominique live her life. As she knew that was the best thing for her. When Dominique was in her second year she did horrible in Global Citizenship. Which Tessa couldn’t yell at her because she did the same thing in her first year. And she knew how hard that class was but she sent a letter apologizing to the headmistress.

Which Dominique promised her parents that she would try harder in her lessons. And Tessa knew that she would be going into her third year. So she was doing her best not to be all that hard on her. Which she loved her little family and was so proud of them. When Dominique friend Elena lost her family. She had suggested to Damien about adopting the girl. As she knew that Dominique thought the girl as an older sibling. So they got along and that was something that they wouldn’t have to worry about. But it seemed that she learned that her husband had a fling before they got married which really didn’t make sense to get made now. She then found out that it was that it was with Elena mother. Which she was dead so there really was no reason to make a big deal out of it. Which there was a part of her that was hurt by all of it. But she trusted that Damien would never cheat on her again. It seemed her new daughter was actually her stepdaughter. Which that would mean that

Tessa was her stepmother. And she did her best to show her the same love as she did to Dominique. As she knew that Elena was having a tough time. As it was her idea to adopt the girl. So it only made sense to treat her as her daughter. Even though Dominique was still her only girl. Tessa made sure to make room in her heart for Elena. As she loved her just as well. Tessa hoped that one day Elena would love her like her mother. She really wasn’t going to push it making her call her stepmom. It was something that she would let Elena decide. As it was still fresh of losing her parents and her siblings. But at least Tessa knew that she was giving Elena a second family. And she wasn’t sure what Dominique was thinking. As she knew it would take time to adjust. Tessa knew that Dominique was an only child for such a long time. So she knew that this was a challenge but they would be doing it together.

Since Tessa was still on the younger side, she could always add to her family. Which was something that she always wanted? It was something that she would have to talk to Damien about. And she knew that she would have to tell Elena and Dominique on the day. That was something she was going to be when and if she ever got pregnant. Which Tessa didn’t matter what she would have as long as the baby was healthy. That was something that she was going to worry about now. As if it was meant to be then it would happen. As she knew that she wasn’t getting any younger. And she would be adding to her family. As Elena was part of their family. Now Tessa was the mother of two beautiful girls.

And the future was always changing. So adding to the growing family was something that could happen. And she didn’t worry about Fox network. As she knew that Damien could run it without her. Which is would be doing her best to work as much as she could? But she knew that Damien would be very protective of her. And wouldn’t want to push her too much. And she made sure that she was always there for her husband. As she was his biggest supporter. Tessa was also close to Jackson Blake. He was a good friend of the family and also called Dominique his niece. As she knew that she loved him just as much. And he also junior senetor from Milwoukee which Tessa would support him in whatever way she could. Tessa knew that her husband also was good friends with  Jackson. She knew that Jackson was engaged and she later found out that it was Dominique friend Sasha. It was a wedding that she would be attending. As it was important to be there for Jackson as this was a big step for him. And Tessa knew that Sasha had asked if she would be her maid of honor. Which she said yes but has been asking for her mother help. Because she didn’t know the first thing about helping to plan a wedding. As she was still young and didn’t even know the first thing about love.

Tessa was doing her best and was glad that Sasha and Jackson found love. As it was something that she always wanted for Dominique.

The story of the name Grey begins with a family in the Boernician tribe of the ancient Scottish-English border region. Grey is a name for a person who had gray hair. In Scotland, the surname Grey actually came from two different derivations. As a nickname, it came from the Gaelic word riabhach, which means gray. As a habitational name, it derived from the place named Graye, in Calvados. This place-name came from the Gallo-Roman personal name, Gratus, which means welcome or pleasing.


Abraham Gray, who landed in America in 1620 was the first one to come to the new world. Then over the many years, it seemed like others would follow in his footsteps. In 1803 there would be some of the Grey who would follow the western expatiation. Which is what is known as the western part of America.

Greene family has been pureblood family already for a long time, probably over centuries. They have always been respected by other pureblood families. They aren't really very purists since they seemed to not hate halfbloods and muggleborns. They can be even nice to muggles. The Greene family still tries to let the family line stay pure, so parents don't let easily people to marry with halfbloods or muggleborns. They always want best for their children.

The Greene family seems to value the family. It's everything for them. They have over years realized how important it is to keep together and support everyone. Even when things go bad they seem to support each other. They might just do it in secret or then try to hide things. Since they wanna keep their family secrets hidden from most people. Not everyone needs to know everything about the family.


Greene family did welcome Grey into their family good. Damien's parents seem to love Tessa. They will always support her and their son decisions in life. Everyone liked it when Dominique was born. Some fresh blood into the family is good. Even if they would like to see one day the family name to be carried one.

Nowadays there doesn't seem to be that much of Greene family members alive but they still try to stay into high society so long as possible.

2. Please elaborate on the hair section -- you've missed the style in which Tessa wears her hair.

We assume this should say "a lot of sleep." not elude to something else.

4. Also, she had lessons about being a proper lady like how to sit and drinking tea.

This isn't what being a lady is about, we would recommend you look in to this point a little more closely.

5. In the background you have noted that Tessa isn't going to make a big deal out of Damien's fling, but that doesn't fit with your intended plot (unless things have changed) so you may wish to reconsider this point.

Tessa was blindsided by the divorce. Which she really should have seen it coming. As Damien would be spending a lot of time away. Even though he was saying that it was because of work. Tessa always thought that there might have been something else. But she knew that Damien loved her and would never cheat on her. Which she found that he was wrong as it seemed like he just did that. Before they were married he cheated on her, which that was how Elena was born. Tessa loved her like her daughter. That was something that she would let slide. She knew that she should have stood her ground. But she knew that this marriage was because of power.

And for twelve years Tessa was the center of Damien world. They had everything or so Tessa had thought. They had Dominique and was a happy family. It seemed like Damien was cheating on her with some blonde bimbo. As much as she hated it, she was pretending like it didn’t happen. Until Damien was the one of suggested that they get a divorce. Which that was something that Tessa agreed with him. As this was something that she didn’t want to put Dominique through. Tessa didn’t want to believe that he was going to toss all of this aside. But it seemed like he wanted to marry this girl. Which Tessa could really care less. Because once a cheater always a cheater. The only good thing that came out of it was that she got sole custody of Dominique. Plus she got his half of Fox network. Not like really mattered to her.

As she was now ruined because of Damien Greene. Even though he did this to her, she made sure that nothing was out of place. All she wanted to do was forget about Damien. There was a part of her that regret and should have just married in her family. But she knew that she would have never got Dominique. Which her baby girl was her whole world. And since Damien didn’t really care what happens, Tessa was Elena guardian. Now she was a single mother of two girls. How she wished that she could run away from her problems. But that is what Damien had done to them. And Tessa would have to put on her big girl panties and just deal with everything.

Today was the day that Tess was doing it. She had a meeting with her father in law about what Damien was doing. This was something that she was worried about. Because Jackson thought that this was going to work. And she was going to trust him. Damien was stealing for Fox Network and her father in law was all about money. And all Tess wanted to do was make sure that this network a success. She had all the proof that she needed. Tessa just hoped that it was an enough. Because Jackson still hadn’t had his meeting with Damien. And she didn’t want to mess that up. As she knew that everything that was planned would be for nothing. And her father in law just had to trust her.

So when she was standing outside of his office, she was trying to hide the fact that she was nervous. His assistant said that he was ready to see her. That is when she took a deep breath and walked in. She felt like she was throwing herself to the lion. Which was partially true but wasn’t going to let him know how scared she was right now. Tessa decided to cut to the chase and told him what was happening. Telling him that Damien was stealing from the company to help fund his lifestyle with his mistress. Which she had the paper trail that she needed. So this wasn’t just based on her word. This was facts that were on her side. And she knew that he couldn’t fight when all the facts were there.

Damien was stealing and she told him how Damien was going to drag the Greene family name through the mud. This was something that he father in law didn’t want to hear. The fact that his own son was stealing from a network that has been around for a while. But he was ready to tarnish the Greene name. Which in Tessa opinion that started when he started to cheat on her. And it was with his mistress who Tessa heard how she got her money. Which was something that would bring shame to the name? This was helping her get a little revenge on Damien. But he was the one who did everything, not her. Now that the evidence was out she knew that she would get what she wanted. Even though this wasn’t how she wanted things to end. Tessa never dreamed that her marriage would fail. But now she wanted to control Fox and make Damien pay. In a way, she felt bad for him, but not really. She had hoped that he was going to feel the pain that she did.

Once she was finished with her little meeting her father in law said that he would get back with her. Tessa knew what was going to happen. Damien was going to get cut off from his family money. And she knew that she was going to be named the president of Fox Network. Once she was walking back to her office she was grinning as things were starting to look up for her.

Tessa had decided to take off a week from Fox. And it was because she had to take Dominique back to London so she could go back to Hogwarts. She couldn’t believe that her baby was going to be in her third year. It was something that she wasn’t ready for. But she knew that she had to grow up one day. Tessa knew that everything that had happened with Damien that it was hard on Dominique. So she was glad that she could get her back into routine. Spending her last days bounding with her was something special that she wasn’t going to forget. And she knew that her baby would be home for Christmas. So everything was going to be alright. And Tessa knew that she wasn’t going to be alone. As she knew that she had something special with Jackson.

September 1 came and that meant that Tessa was going to put her on the train. She knew that everything was going to be fine. Tessa would just have to remember when she was that age and was ready for the new school year. Dominique kissed her mother goodbye as she got on the train. She then watched as the train had took off. This was something that would never get any easier for her. As she hated that Dominique wanted to go to Hogwarts instead of her school. But it was her choice and Tessa was going to stand by it. And she knew that Dominique had friends at the school. Everything was going to be fine. But there was a part of her that feeling empty. And it was because she realized that she was going to be alone. For the first time in years. But it was something that she could get used to. This was a new chapter in her life that she was ready to take.

A few seconds after the train left, Tessa went back to her hotel to gather her things. As she was going to start her journey back to the Greene manor. Her mind was heavy with all the thoughts that was happening. But she was telling herself that this was going to be a good thing. And that change was always for the better. Right now she had to be strong for her daughter and also for her company. As she was the president of Fox Netwrok.

Tessa was all alone in the Greene mansion. Expect the house elves that were there. Now that Dominique was at Hogwarts and her ex-husband was in prison. She would catch herself thinking about the magical time that she had with Jackson in DC. The fact that they had the same feeling was good. But they both thought that they should wait. Right now they were just having an affair. Something that Tessa wasn’t proud of. But she was sure that Jackson was going to leave Sasha. Because this was the first she had been happy since it has been awhile. All she wanted was to have a relationship with Jackson. But she knew that it would be better to wait.

Tessa wanted to keep up to date on Jackson hometown. So she would have something to talk about. And to showed that she took an interested to his home. Tessa had ordered a copy of the Milwaukee Gazette. She was finally sitting down to read the paper. Which there was one thing that caught her eye. It was something that she wished that she didn’t see. It was Sasha and Jackson wedding date for next year. It was like Tessa was taken by surprised. As she was having so many mixed feeling. She knew that Jackson was unhappy with Sasha. And she had thought that he would have called it off. That is when she started to feel dirty about herself. That she was just a cheap whore who was used just for sex. Tessa was sure that Jackson had a feeling for her. But it seemed like that was something that she was dreaming.

Now Tessa had no idea what to do anymore. She thought that everything was already planned out. Jackson was going to leave Sasha and then they could give their relationship a try. But it seemed like the wedding was going to be next year. One that she wouldn’t be attending. She wasn’t even sure that she wanted to ever see Jackson again. But she knew that they would most likely bump into each other. As they were both very important people. It was something that she was going to have to get used. Damien had already damaged her but just was just making it worse. Tessa had hoped that he was different but it seemed like men were just all the same. Because it was the only way for her to move on. As it seemed like Jackson was still marrying Sasha. Meaning she was going to be left all alone. That part did scare her but she was ready to embrace it.

As Dominique was a teenager now it meant that she would be by herself more. She knew that her daughter had the right to have a life. It was something that Tessa wasn’t going to stop her from. There were things that she was regretting. As she always wanted to give Dominique a sibling. But it was something that Damien didn’t really want. After Dominique was born, he didn’t really want to talk about having more. So it was something that Tessa didn’t push. As she knew that they were still trying to get used to each other. That was something that didn’t dampen her spirit. Jackson didn’t fly in for her birthday so she was alone. Turning 33 was something that she was learning to accept. But Tessa knew that she wanted this year to be better. As last year she got a divorce. 33 was something that she knew was going to be scary. As for the first time she was really alone. Before she had her husband while Dominique was at school. She had to learn the hard was to accept it.

She then decided to have a glass of wine as Tessa knew that Jackson wasn’t. Tessa wasn’t going to let this ruin her day. And later on she would plan something. But she knew that Dominique was going to be home next month from school. So she decided that she would do something with her daugther.
