- Coffee ~ Black, typically Columbian beans, though he will settle for other Southern American grown beans, uses a French press since he only makes for himself
- Red meat ~ Very aware of his figure, Sebastian tends to avoid red meat, though ocassionaly he does engage in the occasional steak or prime rub

was being primed to become the future President of Portugal however, with the recent acquisition by the Clement family, those plans are being put to the wayside as their political sway is influencing constituents to vote in more "reliable" officials with more government experience. He wants to travel the world looking for the perfect replacement to his first love who died.

- Rapists ~ As a man, despite his own nefarious plans and designations, he abhors men who force themselves on women. His mama taught him so. However, his family's dated ideas of relationships has led him to believe that so long as he is in a relationship with his partner, whatever he wants, whenever he wants works.
- Pedophiles ~ With two younger sisters, he was taught to look down on men who sexualized children. If given the chance, Sebastian would murder any man who looked at his youngest sister the wrong way.
- Gardening ~ Requires too much patience.

- Audio books ~ Too difficult to follow along, despises wasting his time lounging around with just a book or trying to even listen to the words.

Strengths: (3 minimum)
- Charms ~ These were the fastest way for him to grab things and to take people's wills for his own pleasure.
- Transfiguration ~ In order to hide from authorities that may consider him "threatening" before disabling them, he had to learn this skill. Per his father's request.
- Defense Against the Dark Arts ~ In order to be efficient in the Dark Arts, he had to learn how to counteract his only opposition.
- Dark Arts ~ Dark Magic is his specialty. Though he does not show it or allow people to see the extent of his magical capabilities, he is highly successful in using his wand and all the dark spells he taught himself.
- Potioneering ~ He has always been good at Potioneering. At fourteen, he made the potent Amortentia potion to win the heart of the seventh year, Catherine, at his academy. He trapped her into a relationship by convincing her that she was truly in love with him. She was allegedly assassinated by his family when they realized their son's obsession with the woman was detrimental to their plans for succession and her own future. He saw her dead body on the veranda of his apartment when he was eighteen; she was "murdered" on the veranda by an assassin from a different government.
- Quick casting ~ In order to accomodate his quick temper, he had to be fast on drawing his wand. His father made it so through extensive training with the Auror department at a young age. This is where most of his scars come from.
- Non-verbal magic ~ He learned this, too, through his training.
- Healing ~ He had to. Who else would fix him up?
Weaknesses: (3 minimum)
- Wandless magic ~ Not too good at this. He needs to physically manifest his magic.
- Creatures ~ Beasts. He has no respect for them; werewolves and the like are just typical monsters that deserve the treatment the government forces on them, in his opinion.
- Hot temperatures ~ Not good in hot weather because it triggers his own hot tempered impatience.
- Chocolate ~ He's a lush, and to him, nothing pairs better with a good wine than this delicacy.
- Plushy toys ~ He has a collection. If you try to force his hand at admitting this, he'll either obliviate you or wish you never found out.
- Generalizations ~ Just because he is the way he is, people assume he's a villain. Which isn't all together false, but he doesn't like to be clumped in with the uncouth. Bad guys get caught.
- Dogs ~ He loves 'em. Too cute, much better than humans.
- Muggle fashion ~ He prefers to wear muggle clothing due to the diversity in what he can put together and only conforms to magical fashion when it comes to putting a robe over everything.

- Intelligent ~ Though he does not read a lot, he is very observant. He takes cues from people to convince them that he's the best, and he's the greatest.
- Charming ~ Very personable and sociable. He gets along with other people better than they would believe. This is how he manipulates people; he sees who they are, learns their wishes and desires and shows them he can fulfil them before using them to his own desires.
- Loveable ~ Just as above.
- Attentative ~ He is observant again, of people, in order to get them to bend to his will.
- Planning ~ Though he is not a patient man, he wants to see his plans come to fruition in order to prove what is best for him, his family, and his country.

- Cunning ~ He's two-faced.
- Manipulative ~ How else is he going to get what he wants?
- Deceitful ~ See above. It's just who he is.
- Narcisstic ~ He takes more pride in his appearance than anyone would assume. Though it's fairly obvious to any of his mates, no one else can see his own vain ways. He only gets with the most attractive people.
- Stubborn ~ He won't change his mind. There's no need. He knows what's best.
- Self-centric ~ What's more important than him if he's the best?
- Irresponsible ~ He is the least dependable person in the universe. He can never be held accountable to his choices because his hand has been forced in his mindset.
- Loose ~ He wants what he wants, anyone who fights him on it can see the true nature of his willpower.
- Hot-tempered ~ With his desires and wants and doing what ti takes to get those things, he often finds himself in situations where he must "deal" with people according to their displacement with his wants.
- Infidel ~ What's monogamy? His parents may honor that dated tradition, but since losing Catherine, he has no desire to stick himself to one person. Especially since the only person he ever wanted was ripped from his hands.
Sebastian did not present his magic at a young age, and this caused concern for Charles. It wasn't until he was ten-years-old that he presented and his father took it upon himself to hire as many Aurors and others to train Sebastian in the ways of magic. His training was brutal and harsh and turned him from a sweet, loving kid into a man with the desire to have the world in his hands and share the wealth with his family.
At his magical school, he gained popularity from the age of thirteen by using his preference for both males and females to sway people into thinking him to be something of a "golden boy." This persona allowed him to use other students to do his work, to help him practice his magic, and in some cases, though it was violent, exercise his magic on others.
He modeled himself after his father because it wasn't until he realized the only thing his power was missing was a woman at his side. Though, his sexuality was flexible, he found that in Catherine Ameryllis, someone who people rumored to someday be capable of becoming the first female Minister of Magic, he could have it all and still be the person he wanted to be. She waved him off as a "child" and so he took it upon himself to become a brilliant potioneer. He had a Seventh Year teach him how to brew Amortentia. After two weeks, she was head over heels in love with him.
Not for the right reasons of course.
He brought her home, and upon seeing that she was half-blood, despite her own academic and magical skills, deemed her unworthy of the Marroquin name. They knew however, it was futile to force the two apart. They took extreme measures to have her "killed" and freed her from Sebastian's obsessive ways. He took her death hard, especially after proposing to her when he was seventeen. He planned on marrying her and continuing his family dynasty, but when she "died" he put those dreams to rest.
His next ambition was to become everything his family expected of him and then some. He did not plan on moving to England until his family revealed that the Clements' international sway finally reached Lisbon, Portugal, where the French Ambassador was turned to a citizen and the people preferred them over him. Had the Clement family not taken a government position in their Portuguese government, the Marroquin family would have been content to stay by the wayside. However, it became glaringly obvious that everything they worked so hard for, for basically their whole lives, and the brutal training their children underwent was turning to be usleess with the Clement family in control.
Soon enough, the family, though still wealthy, it became evident that they were losing the power they had over the country they loved so desperately. Sebastian began to make plans then, to move to England and grab control of the weakest member of the Clement family. He has no backup plan because he has no plans to fail.

Sebastian was the first born son to Yulisa and Charles when the couple was much younger. Despite the good name of the Marroquins, due to the economic instability of Portugal, their family name was falling to the dirt. After Charles and Yulisa had Sebastian they were encouraged to make a better name for themselves. They engaged in local government, appealing to their humanity by showing a stable family dynamic and sppealing to the lowest classes.
Charles is a brilliant tactician and even better politician. He deals with the muggle side of Portugal, continuously appealing to the masses, whereas his wife deals with the magical side of their name. Charles parents let their name run to tarnish, only honoring the tradition of marrying other purebloods, but he made it his goal in life to restablish the Marroquin name in all names. He's fought this battle since he was in his twenties with
a wife and a family, and little no income. He represents the "Portugal" dream of always growing and succeeding at all they attempt to put their name on.
Yulisa uses the pureblood aspect of their name to influence politics through the Ministry, and keeps a humble position as a Head of a Department rather than a more ambitious one. She is a good mother, but does not protect her children from her husband's designations. Sebastian, Valentina, and Vittoria were bred to spread the name of the Marroquin family. But from the beginning, the Marroquin family's own family tradition was three children: one male, two females, a seer and a squib. Something that started from the father's side of things. Their family is all like Sebastian in the way that they are determined, willful people, with their main desire being power. Such a powerful lineage with such abilities running through their veins, they stop for no one.
Their only values are family, power, and now, with the acquisition of their family name and power going to the Clements, revenge.
