If Apollonia was being honest, she was feeling quite melancholic as she looked at the bright red train that she'd be taking for the last time to Hogwarts. She could remember her very first year aboard that plane, so terrified out of her skin at going to a new place all on her lonesome, with her siblings watching as she had hesitantly climbed aboard. She couldn't believe that it had been so long ago if you count six years as long.
Tucking a lock of blond hair behind her ear, amusement filtered into her expression as she fondly thought to Damon's reaction when he had seen her hair; he had nearly blown a gasket but his wife, the darling that she was, had just cooed and told him that his sister looked beautiful and that had been that. Pulling her trunk behind her, Apollonia took her final step onto the train from the platform. It wasn't going to be her last ride on the train, seeing as she'd be heading back to London in July the next year but it was her last going to Hogwarts.
She made no plans with any of her friends so Apollonia slowly strolled through the train, looking for an empty compartment that she quickly found and soon enough was sat with a book on her lap, closed and her eyes closed to the world, a soft smile on her lips. She couldn't wait to go back to Hogwarts.
