It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:38 am

February 2024

It had been a week since Valentine’s Day, and Nerisei and Dimitri had to deal with a lot of things. Lessons were demanding, as always, so there had been a lot of studying, but there was also the fact that their friends wouldn’t leave them alone. The boys from Dimitri’s dorm kept looking at her as if she had grown two heads, constantly smirking and murmuring every time she passed by them. But it wasn’t just them. The girls from her dorm were a nightmare as well.  Annie had been practically chasing her around, nagging her to reveal what had happened between her and Dimitri, but Nerisei kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

They were friends. What was so hard for them to understand and accept?

But they wouldn’t back off, and that had left Nerisei frustrated to the point that she couldn’t handle it anymore. And that was one of the reasons she had asked Dimitri to spend the evening with her, dancing. She needed to let off some steam. Dimitri, thankfully, had agreed, and Nerisei couldn’t be happier.

They had started working on a new dance, something Dimitri wasn’t used to at all. Bachata. The dance had a few signs of Ballroom, but overall, it was different. The bodies touched a lot more, and there wasn’t anything.. Stiff about it. It had taken a lot for work for Dimitri to get used to letting all of his body free and enjoy, but he was getting better and better. Though, they both still needed lots of work. Neri had told him that he should wear something comfortable and meet her at the Music room. The rest would be up to her.

Dressed in a pair of black high waisted tights and a white cropped top, Nerisei was in the Music Room a bit earlier, stretching and preparing the room just a bit. She had dimmed the lights, and some random song was playing in the background. Neri swayed to the music, trying to relax herself before Dimitri made an entrance. He would be any minute now, and they could get to dancing.

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:39 am

Since Valentine’s Day, Dimitri’s friends had not left him alone. No matter how many times he had told them that nothing untoward had happened on Valentine’s Day, they would not believe him. As Dimitri kept pointing out, they were just friends who had spent the day together. He knew it wasn’t believable, but it was the truth, there was nothing more DImitri could add in that moment, so he had let it go.

But it wasn’t just his friends, Neirsei’s friends didn’t believe them, either, and Dimitri felt sorry for the witch having to deal with the incessant words and unconcealed rumours.

They both knew, though, what had happened on the day, and they had nothing to hide.

Nerisei had asked him to dance again after Valentine’s Day, and Dimitri had agreed with her. They had been working on a different dance the night before, and Dimitri was quite sure he was starting to get the hang of it. The hip movement was much freer than Dimitri was used to, they were so very much closer than Dimitri was used to, but he had been undeterred in trying to learn the dance with Nerisei.

They’d agreed to meet again that evening, and Dimitri had left after Nerisei so as to try to avoid fuelling the rumours more. So on the dot of the time they were meeting, the door to the music room opened, admitting Dimitri who was dressed a little more casually than he had been the night before. Though, it was still a shirt and smart trousers, with a blazer over the top. Though, as Dimitri entered, he shrugged out of the jacket, leaving himself in the short sleeve shirt and trousers that was much less formal than the shirt and trousers he wore the evening before.

“Hey, Neri!” Dimitri greeted the witch brightly, placing his blazer on the piano before taking her in, doing her stretches and looking… well, he didn’t think he was ever going to get used to the attire Nerisei chose to wear, but he could always avert his gaze, unlike many young men in the school.

Popping the top button of his shirt undone to give himself a little more breathing room, before he gently stretched off like his partner did. “How’re you feeling today?” Dimitri asked, always checking how she was doing since Valentine’s Day because he did worry he’d pushed too far with asking her to spend the day with him on that day.

PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:40 am

Dimitri came into the room just on time, and Nerisei gave him a small look with a smile. He was dressed much more casually that he usually did, thank god, but still quite formal. That boy, he never let go, did he? “Hello, Mitri!” Nerisei greeted him just as happily. She always was glad to see her friend and spent more time with him.

“How’re you feeling today?”

“How are you?” The witch countered back, giving him a knowing look. They both were trying their best to avoid all the rumours and the whispers, but it was getting harder and harder. And for an introvert, such as Neri, this was twice as hard. They were both managing, since, no matter what the others were saying, they knew the truth. Though, it didn’t mean that the witch had that much patience. Hence the need for the dance.

“Glad to see you dressed less… formal.” She told him with a nod, leaning against a wall and taking him in completely as he stretched. He was handsome. He always were. But, Nerisei had been trying hard to keep herself from pouncing on him, and she was succeeding. That was all that mattered.

Moving over to the Muggle device called a radio, Nerisie paused the music that was playing and grabbed her phone, searching for the song she had found and wanted to try with Dimitri. Clicking it, Neri placed the phone aside, after making sure she had put it on repeat. Turning around, she motioned for Dimitri to move closer to her. Giving him a big smile, she put her hands into his and started swaying her hips softly. The sway of the hips was a core movement of this dance, and Nerisei was positive she was hitting it. Dimitri just had to let go and move with her.

“Relax. Enjoy this..” The witch reminded him with another smile of reassurance. Dimitri was doing great. Especially for a guy who had no idea of what Bachata even was..
Dimitri though was trusting her. And even though someone else would freeze, the Ravenclaw wizard started moving with her. He was still getting lost, sometimes, but it didn’t matter, because he was back on track in seconds.

His shoulders were really tense, and Nerisei knew she had to do something about it. “Don’t stop moving. Dance as if you’re holding me.” Neri told him, before releasing his hands and moving behind him. Her hands touched his shoulders, and she pushed her body into his back, moving along to the rhythm. “Relax your shoulders… You need to let every part of you feel the beat..” She kept dancing like that for a few minutes, and eventually, Dimitri’s shoulders started relaxing. With a satisfied smile, Nerisei moved back in front of him, taking his hands once again.

For a few more bars, Dimitri seemed to be doing perfectly, and that gave Nerisei the chance to move things up a notch. Pushing her body into his arms, she allowed one of his legs to move in between hers. Her eyes found his, but she managed to stay focused. How, she still didn’t know. “Don’t lose your step,” she told him and continued moving as if nothing had happened. One of her hands came up to cup his cheek with a smile, all the time never breaking eyes contact. The witch was pushing a little harder than she should, maybe, but she was simply adding something new, every time Dimitri showed signs that he was doing better. There were still more to try, but they had time.

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:40 am

“I’m fine,” Dimitri replied with a small smile. The rumours would fade eventually, wouldn’t they? Dimitri didn’t think that unfounded rumours could last that long, but in truth, he’d never been the subject of rumours. Not ones of this level of interest, anyway.

When Nerisei commented on his attired, Dimitri looked over himself and then raised an eyebrow. “I only had my running clothes or this, and I… well… yeah…” Dimitri explained, feeling a little bit conscious over his choice. He didn’t really think his running attire was good enough for dancing, but it was only because he was used to learning in shirts and trousers, highly polished shoes, in a ballroom, with a teacher who insisted on perfection even in practices.

Watching Nerisei move to the Muggle device she’d been using for the last couple of evenings, Dimitri took it in with mild curiosity. He didn’t have one himself and what it did still didn’t make complete sense. His friends had the devices, and he knew bits, but Dimitri would be lying if he said he knew how to use the technology in the slightest.

As Nerisei motioned him over, Dimitri took the witch’s hands and followed her lead, going with the flow of the music and trying to ease in to the rhythm that was not something he was usually used to it, compared to last night, though, his progress was quicker, and he was thinking less about being freer with his movements than he had been the night before.

Nerisei had found a fault though, and Dimitri smiled as she moved behind him, dancing very closely to him and insisting he relax in to the music more with his shoulders that had a habbit of staying a little more rigid than necessary. But, as Nerisei danced with him, pushing his shoulders in to a more relaxed nature, Dimitri allowed himself to relax completely, and soon, Nerisei was back before him, dancing with him once more.

What Dimitri hadn’t expected, though, was the sudden closeness, or how his leg had ended up being between Nerisei’s as she insisted that he not lose his step as her hips continued working in the same manner. Her thigh rubbing against his, and then some that had Dimitri’s head clouded more than a little bit in that moment.

Keep your step, Dimitri told himself, his hand resting lightly on Nerisei’s back because she hadn’t told him to put them anywhere else. Her eyes were on his, unfaltering in their gaze as Dimitri kept to the beat of the song as she’d insisted. Was this really the Bachata? Dimitri wondered to himself as they kept moving, the friction between them growing as they continued, hips in near unison.

Dimitri’s heart was racing as he stayed captivated with the witch before him, her hand resting gently on his cheek as they moved.

“Like this?” Dimitri asked softly, needing to know that he was doing it right, in truth. Anything to keep him from thinking about how natural this felt… how much he was enjoying this close proximity…

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:40 am

Nerisei’s heart was beating faster than ever. It had been her choice to teach him Bachata, and truly, she didn’t regret it. But the more they danced, the harder it was for her to ignore the tingling sensations her was giving her. That feeling, that weird feeling that she had every time they were together, was getting stronger and stronger, and Nerisei found herself questioning how she was going to keep ignoring it. Dimitri had made it clear he didn’t feel the same, and she had promised him not to mess their friendship up. But this… thing… it was getting serious by the minute.

Dimitri, though, was slowly relaxing, and small smile touched Neri’s lips. He was getting it faster than she had expected, but she wasn’t sure whether he liked it or nor. She believed that, if this was something that was too uncomfortable for the wizard, he would have politely asked her not to continue, and they would go back to dancing the waltz, or the tango. But it seemed that Dimitri didn’t give up easily.

When Nerisei moved closer to him, she had expected him to stop, or lose his step, but Dimitri, proving how much of a professional he was, kept on dancing as if nothing had happened. Though, the witch almost lost it. She had initiated the closer hold, yet, the moment his thigh rubbed against her, she almost stopped breathing. Her eyes stayed on his face though, making sure he was alright with everything. She didn’t want him to give up on this. On them. As dancing partners, of course.

“Like this?”

“Mmhmm,” Nerisei hummed, eyes almost closing at how soft his voice sounded. The song came to an end soon after, and Nerisei took her time pulling away from Dimitri. Eventually, she did, and moved towards her phone that had been connected to the radio, pausing the track. “Okay. That was really good.” Nerisei admitted with a big smile. “What we did in the end, that is a close hold. It’s… used a lot in the dance.”

Turning to her phone once again, Nerisei picked another track, and then waved her hands so the lights would dim even more. It was dark, but not pitch black. They would both be able to see each other, but that was not what Nerisei wanted this time.

Moving close to Dimitri once again, she took hands and placed one on her lower back and the other a bit higher. Her own arms wrapped casually around his shoulders, and her body came flush against his, just like before. His knee was separating her hips, and their foreheads were almost touching. “This time, I don’t want you to pay attention to your step that much. Close your eyes, and feel the music. Move your body with mine, okay?” Neri whispered.

In order to add more moves into the dance, Dimitri would have to feel the dance first. And it was a sensual dance. What Nerisei was trying to achieve with this was to heighten Dimitri’s senses. She didn’t want him to think about what to do. This was not the waltz. He didn’t have to be perfect. He just had to let go and move with her. They were one. All he had to do was let himself go, and feel everything.

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:40 am

As the song came to an end, Dimitri had just about caught the rhythm once more. He was concentrating hard on getting it right, which he knew was only detrimental to the end goal, so he was working on not thinking about it as much. The only trouble with that, though, was that Dimitri was focusing on Nerisei, and just how close they were. How beautiful she was… how talented she was… how her perfume claimed his senses as their own and intoxicated him in their closeness.

But as they separated, Dimitri couldn't help but be a little bit thankful for the distance. He was growing much too close to the witch, and he was getting drawn in. Was that safe? Most certainly not, but Dimitri couldn’t bring himself to deny her the freedom of getting her release by dancing with him.

“It’s okay,” Dimitri replied to the explanation that this was the main hold of the dance, one hand sweeping through his hair to push it back away from his eyes as he watched Nerisei tapping on the phone before another song came out through the speakers. Whether, though, he was being truthful with that sentence would remain to be seen.

“Close your eyes, and feel the music. Move your body with mine, okay?”

Dimitri followed those instructions, closing his eyes because he trusted Nerisei enough to know she would not tease him for getting in to the music like she’d asked him to. For a moment, Dimitri remained still, counting the beat of the music he definitely did not like, before moving in to the music as Nerisei had shown him before. The Ravenclaw’s eyes remained closed, sure in his own steps and movements Dimitri very slowly started to free up, his mind not on the dance this time, but on Nerisei.

With his eyes closed, Dimitri wasn’t concentrating on her facial expressions which denoted if he was doing well, but instead on their movements. The friction being created between the two of them, how Nerisei’s body was rubbing not only on his thigh, but their chests were close together, pressed close in the hold.

A position that Dimitri was not entirely comfortable with…

But found himself enjoying in a manner he’d never experienced with a girl before…

As they turned once more, Nerisei’s leg brushed the inside of his with her movements, her hips moving seductively across the top of his leg, and his breath caught in the back of his throat, the sound being lightly audible in that moment. The boy could feel the hair on the back of his neck raising, and that was only one of many reactions his body was having.

How did he deal…

Dimitri’s eyes opened slowly, finding Nerisei’s and giving her a small, hesitant smile touched his lips. If he didn’t say anything… perhaps Nerisei wouldn’t notice..?

The boy was hoping, anyway.

“How’s that?” Dimitri asked, his tone as even as he could have hoped it to be in that moment.

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:40 am

Their movements were becoming smoother by the minute, and Nerisei couldn’t be happier about it. She knew this was not what Dimitri liked, or was comfortable with, but he had agreed on letting her teach him a modern dance. She could have taught him hip-hop, which would be way worse. And just the thought of his face when he saw what he had to wear and the moves he had to do, almost had the witch in tears.

But thankfully, he was doing amazing in Bachata. More than amazing actually. For a man that hadn’t been dancing anything else other than Ballroom dances his whole life, Dimitri was adapting quite well, and was following her instructions the best way he could.

They were close, bodies touching in more places than one, and under any other circumstances Nerisei would be fainting. Not that she was having it any easier now. She knew this was the way the dance went, and that they were just friends, so that didn’t mean anything, but the more time she spent in his arms, the more she was falling once again. She couldn’t hide the fact that she loved this. Loved how they moved in union, swaying to the music in provocative, someone could say, ways.

Nerisei was managing well, though. The butterflies in her stomach were getting stronger and stronger, and her body was reacting in ways she had never felt before. A part of her was glad that she had told Dimitri to close his eyes, else he would have seen how flushed she look, for sure. As they turned softly, his leg touched the inside of her thigh a little higher that before, and Nerisei had to bite her lip really hard to keep a moan from escaping. A moan?, the witch thought. This was not good.

A sound touched her ears though, and her eyes snapped open immediately. She had kept that moan in, she had been sure. Except…
Dimitri had his eyes closed, still, and Nerisei was thankful for that, because he wouldn’t able to see how much her eyes had widened at that. Dimitri had relaxed in her arms, moving smoother than before, and did that sound mean he was actually… enjoying this?

His eyes opened slightly, and Nerisei immediately looked deep into them, trying to figure out what exactly was his thinking. What made him so… she didn’t know what word to use to describe it.

“How’s that?”

Nerisei almost whimpered at the sound of his voice. What the actual hell was happening to her? Her body was loving this. She felt… excited. Alive.

“Y-you’re doing great..” Nerisei whispered. She didn’t know what to do. What was that feeling? What was he doing to her?

“Do you… enjoy this?” The witch asked hesitantly. Because, she definitely was enjoying this. Her body was informing her of that much in every way possible.

PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:41 am

Dimitri kept moving with Nerisei, despite his better judgement. He knew he needed to get out of this situation before it took the wrong turn, and yet… selfishly, he didn’t wish to move away from the witch, either. He wanted her to stay close to him, keep dancing with him… against him.

But, he knew that this was only going to end badly for him.

The soft praise from Nerisei brought the lightest of smiles to Dimitri’s lips. “Thank you.” He murmured as they turned once more with the steps he’d been taught, growing with confidence each time as he gazed down at Nerisei waiting to see if he needed to do something else, or whether this was as far as she wanted to go tonight.

“Do you… enjoy this?”

Dimitri wasn’t sure how to answer that question. Did he enjoy the music? No. Did he enjoy the dance? That… wasn’t really his forte, he preferred Ballroom dancing, but the Bachata was okay. Was he enjoying dancing with Nerisei? Of course!

“It’s not my favourite dance,” Dimitri admitted softly, trying not to sound dismissive because that was definitely not the tone he was going for. “But, this makes you happy, and it’s learning a new dance, so it’s good for me.” He answered.

Not to mention my body is loving it, Dimitr’s mind added, but he didn’t say that aloud.

“Do you want to show me the next bit?” Dimitri asked as the song finished, allowing him to take a step away without it looking off. Thankfully, the Ravenclaw’s trousers weren’t tight, so the mild enthusiasm for the dance that had stirred was not prominent…

Yet.

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:41 am

“It’s not my favourite dance,”

As Dimitri admitted that the Bachata was not his favorite dance, Nerisei made a face. She knew that this was not what he was used to, and she hadn’t aimed to make him feel uncomfortable with it. On the contrary, all she wanted was for him to enjoy something different. She wanted him to explore the other side of him that he had learned to keep hidden, because ‘it wasn’t proper’.

“But, this makes you happy, and it’s learning a new dance, so it’s good for me.”

Nerisei smiled at  that. Dimitri was always sweet. Sometimes it was hard for Nerisei to handle how adorable he was. The way he was treating her, it made her feel so special and cherished. And that was when her thoughts started wandering. If he treated her, his friend, that way, how would he treat the lady he was in love with? It hurt her to think about him with someone else, but this was reality, no matter how hard she tried to avoid it.

“You are always so kind.” The witch commented, giving him a genuine smile. Oh how she wanted to just lean in a bit closer and claim his lips… Just one time…

The song came to an end soon after, and Dimitri moved away from her slightly. Nerisei’s body wasn’t ready for it, though, and a very soft whine left the girl’s lips. The witch’s eyes widened and she immediately turned away from him, moving towards the radio as fast as possible. Was she stupid? How the hell had she allowed that to happen?

“Do you want to show me the next bit?”

“Y-yes,I think w-we should.” But the witch didn’t dare to look at him. Her cheeks were burning, and her whole body was on fire, yet, there was a feeling of wetness between her thighs. Grabbing her phone, Nerisei went through the videos she had found the other night, picking out a few simple things, before turning to Dimitri.

“Okay, I will show you first without music, and then we can try it with the beat.” Nerisei announced, moving once again closer to the wizard. “We start with a close hold,” Nerisei said, as she once again moved her body into his embrace. “You are mostly holding me, while I do some waves from side to side with my body. But, you could follow my movements, if you are daring enough.” Nerisei let out a soft laugh, and ever so slowly, moved her body from side to side. The move was held for a couple of bars, then Nerisei did a big wave with her body, her chest brushing hard against Dimitri’s before pulling back.

“Now we move to an open hold,” Nerisei told him, slipping her hands into his. “We do the steps I showed you,” she explained. “And then, after some time, when we decide we are ready, you pull me in, and turn me.” The witch then, slowly, showed him what she meant, ending with her back pressed against his chest. “So we end up like this. You place one arm over my stomach, and I place mine over yours,” the Ravenclaw explained, taking his arm and wrapping it around her midriff. “And we extend the other arm to the side. You have to hold me well.” Nerisei noted, because when the move was going to be done fast, there was a chance she could fall.

“From here on, we do the steps in this hold, for one bar. One, two, three, tap,” Nerisei spoke while moving with him, wanting to make sure he understood what she was saying. “And now you stay still, aiding me as I do two side waves once again.” The witch moved once again, her body rubbing completely against Dimitri’s. Everywhere they touched, a fire was lit, but Neri tried to ignore it as much as possible.

“And from here on, pay close attention cause this is hard.” The witch warned. “So, after I do the side waves, I move forward and to the side, arching my body, to give me some momentum, and I fall back into you. You need to spread your legs and hold me tight, because, when I fall back, I will balance on your hip.

“As soon as I fall on your hip, you will use my momentum to push me up again. Your hands will wrap firmly around my waist , because you have to keep me steady, and your body will act as a wall for me. Then, to finish off the move, I bend down and come back up. Here, I have a video, let me show you.”
Nerisei mumbled and released their hold. Grabbing her phone, she found the video and pressed play, before handing Dimitri the mobile. “See? This is what I am talking about,” Nerisei said, as she pointed out the move that the couple did.

Once the move was done, Nerisei took her phone back from his hands, and connected it to the radio once more.
“Let’s try it out, and then we can put on some music, okay?”
God, help her…

It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] Empty
PostSubject: Re: It's Bachata Time [Dimitri]   It's Bachata Time [Dimitri] EmptySun Oct 25, 2020 10:41 am

The small sound that had escaped Nerisei’s lips was one that Dimitri had heard, but chose to ignore. From the manner in which she had moved away, Dimitri figured that Nerisei was not happy with herself, and it would have been rude to pull her up on it in that moment. INstead, the boy put his hand in his pockets, and waited for her to be ready.

No music was introduced, instead, Nerisei came back to him and explained what they would be doing next. The Ravenclaw wizard followed the witch’s moves, listening to her explanation in professional mode, like he always did when she was explaining how to do the dance.

If Dimitri had thought the start of the Bachata had been intimate, it was nothing compared to these new moves, and as Nerisei turned away from him, he was rather glad she couldn’t see his face that had reddened more than a little bit in that moment from the closeness of their bodies, hers pressed back in to his and moving seductively against him…

But, even though Nerisei was making his life difficult, Dimitri kept up with what she was saying, making sure to hold her as she instructed, and not allow he to go off balance.

Of course, doing this slowly, and doing these moves to the beat of the music was going to be two different kettles of fish, and Dimitri was already quite nervous about it. To ensure he got it, though, Nerisei showed him the video of the dance, and Dimitri understood a little more as he watched the male completing the dance. There was no doubt in DImitri’s mind that he could do this dance, but it would take time for him to get it completely right.

The option of trying it without music again was one that made Dimitri nod slightly before taking up the starting position with her. With no music, Dimitri always felt conscious, wanting to count, or something, to break the tension of the silence around them, but he didn’t, instead following Nerisei’s instructions from before, Dimitri worked through the moves with concentration, though, as Nerisei turned to face away from him once more, and Dimitri brought his hand around her front, the Ravenclaw went a little higher than he meant, the tips of his thumb and index finger coming to rest on the soft curve of her breasts for a moment, two before Dimitri realised what he’d done.

“Sorry! Sorry!” The boy said, quickly moving his hand down away from the curves. His cheeks were aflame once more, and the boy felt terribly sorry for doing so. For the rest of the slow version of the song, Dimitri’s concentration was back on point, and when they’d finally finished, the boy quickly retracted his hands from Nerisei’s body. “I’m really sorry about that…” Dimitri said once more, clearly showing he had not just tried to purposefully grope the witch.

But, Nerisei was undeterred and the music came in to being, the duo starting again with Dimitri making sure his hand didn’t make the same mistake again. This time, though, Dimitri’s concentration moved to Nerisei’s moves, how her body moved against his from start to finish. How… natural it felt…

How much he simply wanted to go on instinct and move his hands to her waist, and move his hips with hers in the same manner…

But Dimitri didn’t act on those impulses, knowing that doing so would both be very rude and probably end up in Nerisei hurting herself.

However, just because he wasn’t acting upon his impulses, it did not mean that Dimitri’s body would comply with his wishes to not be rude, presumptuous, or downright disrespectful to the woman before him. No, as Nerisei brushed up against him just before she bent from the waist, her backside pressing firmly against his crotch, Dimitri realised that they had a problem.

Freezing in place -- and just about keeping Nerisei from falling -- the Ravenclaw male made sure Nerisei was back upright before he let her go, stepping away quickly and feeling… terrible.

“I… uh…” The boy started to explain, shaking his head in that moment because he felt very, very bad. “I’m really sorry… I… you know… it’s just… I just remembered… I… should probably go.” Dimitri stumbled across a sentence, moving towards the piano to grab his jacket.

Internally, he was berating himself for being weak. Allowing his body to dominate his mind.

Internally, he was telling himself to get out of there. Flee. Don’t look back.

But he knew he couldn’t just leave…

This was Nerisei, after all, he thought as he shrugged his jacket in to place, doing the buttons up and trying to get control of himself.
