Kate had finished putting the spare text books in the cupboard before her first class of the year. She had been warned by the other teachers that most of the students wouldn't pay attention to her subject and most children would hate her for the subject itself. But she wasn't a previous Ravenclaw for nothing.
She had walked over to the chalk board at the front of class and wrote one simple question. "What makes this class boring?" She wanted to know how she could make history fun. Smiling as the first few students walked in, some groaning and already settling down for a nap as they took their seats. Once everyone was settled she began moving down the rows in between the desks.
"Good morning, class. I am Professor Juvenca. If you do not already know, this is Magical History. If this is not your class, i suggest you find it. If it is, then please write down the question on the board and answer it please. Then hand it into me, Don't forget to put your names on it!" She said while gazing and walking around the classroom. The faces were tired, and gloomy. Her face was lit up, anticipation gripping her insides as she was curious to know what made her subject boring, and what she could do to change that.
Almost at once another student had made their way into the classroom, panting. "Sorry i'm late professor! i had lost my way." . She frowned and stared at the kid for a moment. "Well don't make us wait for you to sit down. Find your seat! Answer the question on the board! I'm not going to hold your hand!" She said in her sarcastic tone.
