| She lowered the chalk with her wand, and continued moving her quill across parchment. She was making an exam, and preferred she wright it by hand. The board ad read simply, Goblin Riots. Finishing the question she was writing about goblins themselves, she looked up from the position behind her desk. Soon the children would be here and she would have to captivate their attention. It was a lot harder than she had anticipated, so she moved to the front of her desk, the chalk still hovering over the board where she left it.
"Oh, right." She flicked her wand and it placed itself neatly on her desk. She flicked open her own copy of A History of Magic by Bathilda Bagshot. she smiled as she flicked over the pages, remembering the essay she had to write about Bathilda herself. Maybe that would be a good lesson later on. . . she opened to the page on Goblin Riots and kept her head down, but her eyes up watching for students to come in. |

| Victoria was so very happy that they had replaced the History of Magic professor, the last one had been very good, creative, but unfortunately she'd had to leave. It had meant that, so far this year, Victoria had been studying from her textbook instead of having a teacher, but she refused to give up the subject.
Especially seeing as history held a lot of information on equality that she was sure she was going to need.
Hurrying through the hallways, Victoria slipped in to the room, a bright smile on her features. "Good morning, professor!" The witch greeted, making a beeline for the front row as always. "It's so great to have you here! I hope you're enjoying it! I'm Victoria, by the way, Victoria Newbury." She explained, as warm as ever.
After that, Victoria concentrated on getting her things from her bag and organising them on her desk, idly wondering who else would be joining the class. ________________________________________________ | |

| Ethan was running down the first floor corridor laughing as he set off a dungbomb not far away. He heard the yells of the other students fade as he ran, still laughing. Smirking he paused looking back as the people all left holding their noses. The caretaker would have fun with that. Laughing and putting his hands on his knees, bent over slightly. Standing up, he looked into the room he was standing in front of. He shrugged as he saw it was the History of Magic classroom.
He waltzed in, and sat down at a desk in the front. "Mornin' professor. Ma'am." He said nodding his head to the professor and Head Girl. He sill had yet to figure out her name. "I wouldn't go down the corridor at the moment. Some nut set off a Dungbomb. Probably a first year." He added thoughtfully, hoping the two would buy his lie. He didn't want to get in trouble now. He had done so well and keeping his captain position of the Quidditch team. He didn't want to loose it over a Dungbomb. |
