| It had taken Aiden no more then two days to decide on what type of date he wanted to enjoy with Sebastian on Valentines day however due to the fact that they were Hogwarts student's they really couldn't go anywhere. So he decided on the next best thing.
The Room of Requirements.
It was a room that praactically changed into what the person wanted so Aiden decided to try it out and see if he could make the room become something of an out door bistro in Italy that he saw once and when it did he became ecstatic. It would just mean asking the elves for an Italian dinner that he could enjoy with his boyfriend and then he would be all set. Of course there was the fact that he needed to get Sebastian a present but he didn't really worry much about it, after all he doubted that Sebastian would actually be upset if he didn't get him a present now.
Finally the day of the date came and Aiden sent of a very hyper elf to Sebastian to inform him to come to the Seventh floor where the Room of Requirements was.
The Slytherin himself was standing nervously by the door that already appeared, seemingly reading his mind on what he wanted. He was wearing a black, tight fitting shirt with some black slacks and dragon hide boots, not really something formal but not too informal either. |

| Sebastian was nervous about Valentine's Day. Yes, he liked Aiden a lot, and he wanted to spend the evening with his boyfriend. But he was nervous about finding his boyfriend a gift that wouldn't come off too much, but also not look too little. Effort needed to be shown, but not so much that it made him look pathetic.
Or, so Sebastian thought.
He was turning the small parcel in his hands around and around when a house elf appeared before him, making him jump more than a little in that moment. The excited explanation made Sebastian smile to himself, following the elf's instructions after a quick change. Deciding on a beige shirt that was a little baggy on him, and a pair of nice jeans, and sneakers, Sebastian thought it looked smart enough for the occasion, because he hadn't been given instructions on the clothes he should wear.
Upon seeing Aiden waiting for him, Sebastian couldn't help the grin that moved on to his face. Hurrying up to the younger boy, Sebastian placed a soft kiss on his boyfriend's lips, quite sure the floor was deserted. "I got you something." Seb explained, passing his boyfriend a small box. He'd gotten Aiden personalised cufflinks, with his initials on them. Sometimes an S would move around the A, sometimes it would show simply the A, it depended on the mood, mostly. "I hope you like them." The Ravenclaw added sheepishly, not completely sure he'd made the right decision now he'd thought about it a bit more, but it was too late now.
His eyes, however, noticed that Aiden was a little more dressed up than he was, and (though he appreciated the sight very much) he let out a soft sigh. "Sorry I didn't make the same effort as you though, I wasn't sure what you had planned." Sebastian finished, hoping it wouldn't be too much of an issue. |

| Aiden didn't really care how Sebastian was going to look; after all this was just a romantic dinner in the Room of Requirements that would change to look like an Italian Bistro. It didn't really require fancy wear and well, he just wanted to dress up to impress the older boy. He would never admit it but he did feel nervous about what Sebastian would think.
When he saw Sebastian coming he smiled and was about to greet the Ravenclaw when he was kissed softly by the older boy. Blinking slightly hazy eyes, the Slytherin shook away the pleasurable feelings and slowly took the package, opening it to reveal the two cufflinks which made him smile. "I love them." He reassured his boyfriend.
"I'm... sorry I didn't know what to get you but I hope this will be enough of a present for you." He breathed a soft sigh before grabbing a hold of Sebastian's hand and leading him through the door that appeared.
Inside the room was a beautiful Italian Bistro. In the middle, stood one lone table with two candles and their Italian dinner waiting for them. Pulling Sebastian with him, he let go of his hand before pulling out a chair for him. "As I said, I didn't know what to get you as a present but I hope this is alright." |

| When Aiden replied with the notion of loving the present, Sebastian smile a little in response. "It's not much, but it's something." He replied, because he didn't know what else he could have gotten for his boyfriend, truth be told. But, of course, that was the joy of new relationships, he was still getting to know Aiden.
Allowing himself to be lead through the door, Sebastian smiled wider at the sight before him. It was easily recognisable to the restaurants around his home, it made him feel at home, and he was thankful for that. "This is wonderful!" The Italian replied happily, looking around as Aiden showed him to their table.
Having his seat pulled out for him would take some getting used to, but Sebastian took it happily, making himself comfortable in that moment as his boyfriend took the seat opposite him. "This is probably better than a present. I get to spend time with you, alone." The Ravenclaw insisted, not meaning it in any other way than then simply being away from prying eyes that still made him rather nervous.
"You just need to stop fretting, I'm simple enough. Time is worth more than material things, to me, anyway." Sebastian explained, hoping he wouldn't need to explain why he thought like that. Aiden had seen his upbringing, and it was humble to say the least.
From there, Sebastian waited for Aiden to take the lead, after all, this was the Slytherin's doing, so he couldn't do much more than wait. |

| Their relationship was still pretty much knew and they didn't really know much about each other but Aiden was happy with the present Sebastian got him. Sure it wasn't anything expensive but it was something that had thought put into it and that made Aiden smile softly.
The brunette blushed softly at the happy reply he received from Sebastian and moved to sit on the chair on the opposite side of the table. Said table was already laden with Italian food that he had the elves prepare just mere hours ago and now it was just waiting for them to dig in and eat it.
"I'm glad." He let out a soft sigh. "I was nervous thinking whether you would like this or not. I'm quite sure if it wasn't for you stealing away my cigarettes I would've been smoking for the past week every hour that I wasn't in lessons." Aiden wasn't afraid of admitting that.
Aiden knew perfectly well that material things didn't really mean much to Sebastian; and it's not like they meant anything to him either. Sure he may have been brought up in a rich household and he may have been spoilt but material things didn't compare to spending alone time with Sebastian.
Clearing his throat to get rid of the nervousness he had felt, Aiden poured two glasses of red wine; one for himself and one for Sebastian. "I'm not really one to get into speeches and all that so..." He shrugged his shoulders and took a hold of the wine glass. |

| From his top pocket, Seb pulled the box of cigarettes he'd been keeping from Aiden, and pulled one out for himself, tucking it behind his ear. Sliding the box across the table, Sebastian gave his boyfriend a sympathetic smile. "Maybe I'll allow you to have them back, for now then." The Ravenclaw teased softly, not letting his boyfriend know when he'd be stealing them back again.
"But, if I see you chain smoking them, I won't let you have them back again." He insisted, because he didn't want his boyfriend to get ill from the things.
The food before them looked good, and Sebastian couldn't wait to tuck in to it. He did wonder whether it was Aiden's doing, or the house elves, but deciding that not knowing would be better in that moment, Sebastian didn't ask the boy before him.
With wine flowing next, Sebastian couldn't deny that he was impressed with his boyfriend's skills. "I hope you acquired that legally." Sebastian teased, knowing that Aiden couldn't possibly have acquired it legally because both of them were under age. Lifting his glass in the same moment as Aiden, the boy stifled a chuckle when the comment on speeches came about.
"To us, then?" Sebastian proposed, clinking their glasses together and taking a sip of his drink. It was a good enough wine, and Sebastian tried to savour it before it went down, but he was not nearly experienced enough to do it properly.
Picking up his knife and fork, Sebastian led the way with the food, not feeling guilty at all as he swallowed his first mouthful in a rush. "That," Sebastian said, getting the next mouthful ready. "Is delicious." He finished, taking in the second mouthful and smiling across the table at his boyfriend.
"So, how many other gifts did you get today?" Sebastian teased Aiden lightly. "One from Adaline?" He added, letting out a soft chuckle at what had been his own stupid assumptions. |

| Seeing the pack of cigarettes that Sebastian pulled out and placed on the table made Aiden smile softly as he took it and put it in the pocket of his trousers. "Thank you." He grinned before blinking at the teasing of the older boy.
"...I won't be chain smoking them." He insisted himself. "I'm not that dumb you know." He knew that Sebastian worried for his health when he was smoking so he decided to cut back and just smoke when he actually felt the need to not whenever he wanted.
While Aiden certainly was good at cooking the food on the table was unfortunately not of his own making. For one he knew nothing about how to make Italian dishes and for another he doubted the house elves would have been pissed if he came into their kitchen and ask to make some food so instead he let the little creatures make it themselves but not before he, himself, made the desert. That had to be made by his own hand.
"Maybe I did." Aiden teased back, his eyes glinting in amusement. In truth all he had to do was send a note to his brother to get him the wine he wanted. After all they did have their own winery in Spain and as it was, his brother had owned him a favor anyway.
"To us." He hummed with a nod as he clinked his glass against Sebastian's, a perfect smile on his lips as he sipped on the wine before licking his lips. It wasn't the exact wine he had asked his brother but he supposed it was a very good one nonetheless.
Aiden blinked his eyes at Sebastian's quick eating before snorting softly. "Don't choke." He commented lightly as he slowly cut into his food and ate the first piece. "It is." He made a mental note to visit the hous elves in the future and give them a big thank you for the food.
"Along with yours?" Aiden tilted his head to the side. "I'm not exactly sure, something close to one hundred probably. Though most of those are just chocolate sweets." He shrugged his shoulders before smirking at Sebastian. "This was Adaline's gift for me." He pulled out a nondescript box from his trouser pocket and pushed it across the table to Sebastian and waited for the other to open it.
Inside the box was none other then a pack of condoms and lube.
And that had made Aiden laugh when he opened it. Of course Adaline was not the only one that had went with that course; all of his closest friends did. Though Adaline was the only one who knew of his relationship with Sebastian. |

| "I know you're not stupid." Sebastian replied softly, that hadn't been what he meant in that moment, but he also didn't want Aiden to think his concerns were not truly meant, because they most certainly were.
The comment on not choking made Sebastian smile a little, picking up his napkin and wiping his mouth a little. "I won't, I'm just starving. Sorry!" The Ravenclaw responded, following the pace at which Aiden was eating so not to look stupid in that moment.
Truth be told, Sebastian wasn't sure whether Aiden was joking or telling the truth when he said he got more Valentine presents, it was difficult to tell whether the number was simply exaggerated, or whether he didn't get any at all. But at the mention of Adaline getting him something, Sebastian simply couldn't hide his confusion in that moment. He knew that there was nothing to worry about in respect of Aiden and Adaline's friendship, but he couldn't work out why Adaline would get him a present.
It must, Sebastian decided, have been an English thing he was not understanding completely in that moment.
The box that was presented to him, however, made Sebastian pause, mid mouthful. He chewed one more time, eyeing the box and then his boyfriend with mild suspicion. After swallowing his mouthful, Sebastian reached out for his glass of wine, clearing his mouth and then picking up the box.
Opening it carefully, Sebastian's eyes went wide very quickly as he realised what it was, his cheeks going crimson very, very quickly. With his eyes flickering back to Aiden and then the box, Sebastian let out a soft chuckle, buying himself some time as he put the box back on the table.
"I guess..." Sebastian started, ignoring how his voice sounded... well, different in that moment, nervous and yet some what wanting. "That this means we have something to look forward to later?" The Ravenclaw prompted, smiling over at his boyfriend in a manner that showed it was okay - not what he was expecting to see in the box, but okay. |

| Aiden knew that, that wasn't what Sebastian had meant but it had felt as if he was calling him stupid even if he did know that Sebastian hadn't meant that. And frankly it surprised him that someone was concerned about him seeing as none of his previous partners had not been concerned.
Aiden chuckled softly and shook his head. "It's alright, I know you are starving as I am as well. No need to apologize." He replied fondly to his older boyfriend, his eyes locked on the Ravenclaw's as they ate their dinner.
Truthfully, Aiden had been joking when he said those words. In truth, he only received a handful, not counting the ones from Sebastian and Adaline but then again Adaline's was more of a joke Valentine's present then anything else.
It's not that it was an English thing to give presents to friends but it was more of a tradition between him and Adaline since they were little kids. They were more like siblings then anything else really. They tended to make fun of each other or tease each other wiht their respective presents for every occasion from Valentines' day to their birthdays to Christmas.
Aiden watched, slightly nervous, as Sebastian opened the box and then promptly blushed brightly very quickly. It was amusing but it was also nerve wrecking because he had no idea how Sebastian felt about that.
"...If... you're alright with it." Aiden said after a few coughs to hide his embarrassment and hopefulness that was showing on his face though he wasn't about to pressure the blond into anything. |

| "I know, but I should have been a little more... sophisticated. Mama always said I was like an animal when hungry." The Italian explained, shaking his head. "A quirk, I guess." Seb added with a small smile playing on his lips in that moment. But, Seb made a note of how Aiden didn't mind, kind of a little glad about that, because there were times when you couldn't be prim and proper, and if Aiden didn't care about such things, he knew that he was on to a winner in that moment.
The idea of being alright with... well, something a little bit extra made Sebastian nod and then give a small shrug. "Course, why wouldn't I be?" Sebastian replied, though the question was rhetorical, he didn't expect an answer.
Though, he couldn't help but feel a little nervous anyway.
Sebastian was not in any way experienced. He knew the birds and the bees, like anyone his age would. But he hadn't. Ignoring the nervous (and excited) butterflies in his stomach, Sebastian simply finished up his dinner, wiping his mouth clean with a napkin. "That was great, thank you." The boy insisted, smiling warmly across the table.
"So, uh... what did you get Adaline if she got you that?" Sebastian asked, curious to know more about the friendship between his boyfriend and the pregnant girl in his house. |
