100 Word Tag Drabble Challenge

Hi everyone!

Azalea and I have opted to try our hand at 100 word drabbles, its something we did together a while ago that helped to boost our muse back up to full potential, and it pushes you to write out a scenario that may have been missed within a normal RP setting because it may seem too minor to add!

Everyone is welcome to join in with their own prompts, or to spin off of one we've written if they would like to, or challenge someone else with a prompt of their own!

Minor rules:
1. Please post using the account of the character you're writing with
2. Please note any T/W at the top of the post should they arise
3. If you're using someone else's character in your post, please ask for permission before hand
4. Have fun!


With that in mind, here goes the first one!

Azalea, I challenge you to write a 100 word drabble using the following prompt:

He'd said 9pm...

Victoria's eyes remained solidly on the door, unblinking. The ghost of the witch's nails dug deeply in to her palms despite the fact they'd been chewed back far too deeply hours before. The knowledge that she'd let him go, now, would haunt the witch for a longer period that she would ever be able to admit.

He would enter the house looking worse for wear and stop when his eyes found hers. The shame would touch his features, but the alcohol would permeate the air between them. Stifle them.

Intoxication, hello old friend.


Truthfully, I'm not sure whether the man in question would be Jackson or Jake in this drabble, but this is what Victoria offered.

Azalea, your next prompt is:

Drabble wrote:

The sound of repetitive waltz music made her want to scream, but doing so would upset the posture they were trying to achieve. Vanessa knew of girls who danced with books atop their heads. Grandmere's strategy was different.

"The vase is titling, Vanessa Jhalak."

The status of Clement brides was greater, as was the punishment for failure.

Growing up, Vanessa had smashed many such vases as she missed a turn. And Grandmere had made sure that her bare feet continued dancing on the glass strewn floor, a fresh replacement atop her head as a reminder of her inescapable duty.

Jake's next challenge/prompt is:

Terms of Endearment

"What does it mean?"

Jacques' brow furrowed slightly, his lips paused just inches from the soft skin of Kiranjeet's shoulder. The witch's eyes found his in the mirror as something almost akin to the softest shade of pink touched the man's cheeks. Almost able to hide if he pushed forth with his original path...

The witch's hand stopped the progress of his lips, instead treating her palm to the kiss that had been ready for her.

"My other half..."

Kiranjeet's eyes softened and his lips sought her shoulder anew.

"You're ma moitié. Ma meilleure moitié."

From their bewitching smiles to their cold eyes, from the way their minds and priorities shifted like so many gusts of winds, from the clouds of moods on which they floated in and out of his life. Kit Harrington fancied himself an expert and a novice on the subject of the female form, depending on the day. As a lifelong devotee of the arts, it was impossible not to encounter the universe's most prized creation.

Yet these days, a young lady refused to leave his thoughts.

If only he could away though.

T/W: Violence & Swearing

"You're one fucked up bastard!"

Hysterical, Josh would settle on as he knelt before the man, cocking his head slightly to the side, his icy gaze bore in to the man before him. The naked form of the man before him shivered violently as the smirk graced the blond's lips in reply.

"Please, just let me-"

The scream of anguish filled the forest around them, fresh blood littered the perfect white snow between the man's legs. Harold Swanson's eyes glazed over as the pain registered through his body.

Body shutting down slowly, but there was time.

"I'm sur-"

"No, mom! Don't do that!" Jake replied, his voice raising much louder than he'd intended in that moment. The witch drew back slightly in that moment. "She left. That's all there is to it."

Alexis Newbury sat back in her chair, deliberating on the words that would make her son see past the anger he displayed presently. That this wasn't it, there was still more that could be done. But her son was very much the kind to be stuck in his ways, and once he'd made his decision...

"Keep yourself safe, then."

"Anna, look, I don't know what happened between you and Si but.. You know that doesn't change anything between us right?"

"Wrong."

"Anna, come home, here, take my jacket, you're turning blue."

"I'm not blue, I'm... Alex, I'm colorless!"

"No you're not, you could never be without color."

"Si said.. he said I was crazy, that I needed my head checked. He said... I wasn't good for anyone."

"Well, he's wrong."
