| Daniel stood before a large cage in the Care of Magical Creatures opening. A cage that kept the beast that was inside from hurting those on the outside. Such a container was a necessity when you were dealing with one of the most dangerous beasts in the magical existence, but, even with their terrifying nature, Daniel couldn't help but find dragons beautiful.
With the last lesson of the year, Daniel had opted for a treat for his students by bringing a dragon over from the colony for them to experience first hand. Of course, there was only so much you could do with a dragon in the school, but Daniel hoped the kids would enjoy it regardless.
Throwing a slab of meat in to the enclosure, Daniel watched the dragon lurk from the small cave that had been enchanted within the cage, sniff at it once, then breathe fire over it, charcoaling the meat on the outside, before it scooped it up and swallowed it whole.
Today was going to be enjoyable, of that much Daniel was sure. |

| Learning about different creatures was fun for sure but same te it could be scarysince not all of them wweren't always nice. Adeline liked animals and some of the creatures too so learning about them sounded interesting idea. Girl walked to the place where today's lesson was hold. She hoped she won't be first this time.
When girl was finally there she just sighed once again. "Why I am always first in every lesson now," she mumbled there to herself when she approached to the professor. "Hello," she said when she was near him with a weak smile.
She looked at the cage and noticed there a Dragon. So she figured that today will learn about dragons. She have never been really big fan of dragons but still learning about them could be fun. She didn't say anything else expect hello and just waited everyone else to show up. |

| Elleon took a slow walk once he exited the building, enjoying the relatively cool spring air. Care of Magical Creatures was one of his favourite classes. Animals didn't laugh, tease and bully just because someone couldn't hear. They didn't talk bad about a person right in front of them, knowing that said person couldn't hear a word they said. No, animals were nice and could be more well-mannered than humans. Well, some animals.
He arrived at the area set aside for the class and greeted the professor before gaping at the animal in the cage. It was a dragon. A dragon. A real life dragon. A real life fire-breathing dragon. Elleon stood speechless for a moment before tapping his sister repeatedly on the shoulder. "It's a dragon! A dragon! A dragon! Jelena! A dragon!" he said excitedly as he pointed to the creature. "That's a real dragon there! We're gonna be learning about dragons, Jelena, dragons!"
His enthusiasm didn't diminish when his sister brushed his hand away with an affectionate smile and a reminder that she wasn't blind. Elleon just stuck his tongue out at her and gazed in awe at the creature. |

| The last lesson of the year was always the one most teachers pulled the big stunts out to make their classes interesting. With Professor Jameson's class, however, every lesson was quite interesting. Normally a new creature each lesson, which was in itself a great opportunity. This was precisely why Finley had hurried down to the meeting place for the lessons, knowing he simply had to be there for this one.
As he arrived, Finley could see the cage before him, and his curiosity mounted in an instant. There were a number of beasts large enough to fill the cage, each as exciting as the next. However, as Finley got in to clear view of the cage, his eyes went wide.
"Dragons..." He breathed, not even noticing how he didn't stutter as wonder took centre stage. How on earth had Professor Jameson managed to get them a class with dragons? But... more to the point, what were they going to be doing that lesson? Moving closer, Finley's eyes remained fixed on the beasts, his mouth slightly open in awe. He never thought he'd see a dragon at school... |

| Care of Magical Creatures was something what Delilah found interesting class for sure. Learning about different magical creatures was fun. She could have never even picture some of them are living in this world for sure. Del wasn't really sure what to expect from this last lesson of her first year here. She had never been good at guessing for sure.
She walked where they needed to meet today and saw there few people being there already. She just did stand bit further from everyone and waited class to began. When she looked around she noticed there was dragons. The things about what girl has read about only in books so far. She never expect to see them with her own eyes.
So you could say Delilah was quite excited about learn about dragons. She wasn't really very scared of them but she really won't go near them for sure. She has no idea what dragons can to do. |

| Ellie was going to spend this whole classtime thinking of ways to get Phil back, that was for damn sure. She hated the fact that she was late to her Flying Club/Class because it made a bad first impression and didn't Christopher Richardson have class with her kind of boyfriend? Something like that anyway. She doubted the Ravenclaws were like the Hufflepuffs and bonded over tea and stories in the Common Room. Gryffindors preferred to bond over physical events: racing through the halls to see who gets caught the fastest, climbing the trees closest to the school to see who gets to the top without wussing out, who can get the broom from the top of the Great Hall entrance without magic. It's fun stuff, mostly physical anyway, she remembers Phil throwing her into the air with his friend Greg to get the stupid broom, and remembers cutting off two inches of his hair for revenge when he passed out in the Common Room.
But upon entering and seeing a freaking dragon next to Daniel, she blinked in shock. She didn't want to say anything so she just went to go stand next to Alec who'd been beckoning her once she walked onto the Grounds. |

| "And that's when I told the bint she was raving if she thought I was gonna wear a dress!" Phil laughed uproariously at what Garret Bund said. Who knew some Ravenclaws even had a sense of humor? Garrett was brilliant at telling stories and as a Seventh Year he had a plethora of good ones to tell. He'd just finished telling him and some other Fourth Years about this date he had with an older woman. He let out a short curse as he realized how late he was running to Care of Magical Creatures. He gave his buds a wave and headed off towards the Grounds from the Black Lake. Regardless of getting a detention, he was sure being late didn't harm him too much. Besides to hear about how this 'smoking' lady ended up having a thing for younger men, especially those still in school, and how Garrett should've seen she was nuts then was worth a couple of hours of his Saturday.
"Sorry I'm a little late, Professor," Phil apologized as he arrived at class. He saw his little sister standing next to some Ravenclaw. Contrary to any belief, he was fairly observant and he could see the look of admiration in the Ravenclaw's eyes. From what he remembered they went to the Christmas ball together, he felt his brows furrow in curiosity, but went to stand by his sister anyway.
"Hey El," he greeted her, "who's your buddy here?" His sister turned to him with a flush.
"Alexander, this is my brother, one of them anyway, Phil," she murmured, her cheeks the slightest red. He shook the Claw's hand, relieved to find it wasn't a tight grapple. He could easily take this guy why - class begun just as he was about to say more, but he kept his peripheral open. |

| There was no denying that this lesson was made to bring out reactions in the students. After all, why would you do a lesson on such a fantastic beast if not to wow the masses? Trying his best (and failing) to hide the smug grin on his lips as he watched his students taking in the beast, Daniel checked his watch to see how they were doing for time. It seemed a start on the lesson would be a good thing to do in that moment.
After it seemed the last of the students had shown, Daniel beckoned them all a little closer. "Come, come, the dragon cannot harm any of you, the cage keeps him from doing anything." Daniel explained, hoping to ease the minds of the younger students who were likely terrified in that moment.
"Now, before you, we have the largest dragon known in our world... can anyone tell me as to which dragon I am talking about?" The Headmaster asked, looking around the students excitedly to see who would know the answer to such a question.
- The dragon:

| Keona wasn't too skilled with magical creatures.
She appreciated them, yes, but she preferred to study them. She did have three pets, all adorable and all perfect, still other than that she was lacking in experience with magical creatures. It was a preference that she stay a good hundred feet from anything harmful for her. Not because she disliked them, no, she thought they were beautiful. Magnificent. Glorious. She'd never squander on the opportunity to observe and report any kind of magical creature.
However.
The idea of handling them? Being near them? There was a darned good reason why Keona wasn't a Gryffindor. It wasn't for lack of outgoing enthusiasm, it was for a lack of recklessness. She was too calculated to ever rush head first into trouble. Which more often that not, as proven by the infamous Golden Trio, most magical creatures tended to be: trouble. So entering class, off of a high from her 'snogging buddy' (why did Christopher Richardson have to be so hot and irresistible? She felt drawn to him always) she smiled brightly at Professor Jameson.
"Good morning sir, how goes the family?" She'd asked sweetly before her eyes caught sight of the creature next to him. She blinked in surprise, tried to swallow her fears, and gave a tighter smile as she headed towards the back of the class. At his question about it being the largest dragon in the world, she wracked her brain for the answer desperately wanting to tell him, but found herself at a loss for just the slightest bit of fear wracked her body as she watched it breath in slowly. |

| Finley was awed, there was no other word for it as he looked up at the dragon before him. How had Professor Jameson managed to get hold of a dragon? Finley knew, of course, that there were perks to being Headmaster, but to be able to bring a dragon? Finley simply did not know how he'd managed it, but he was loving every second of it.
With the question that was raised, Finley's hand shot up in an instant, his eyes full of excitement.
"It's a Ukrainian Ironbelly!" The Ravenclaw exclaimed, his excitement overriding the usual stammer that affected his speech. Quite simply, Finley wasn't thinking about the others around him in that moment, his eyes were only on the dragon, and, for once in his life, Finley was not afraid. "T-though," Finley started, his eyes moving from the dragon for a moment back to the professor, the reality of where he was dawning on him quite quickly. "This one isn't f-full size." He added, because the books insisted they were much bigger than the one before him. |
