| Crista listened carefully, nodding when he explained "I can understand that, Jake." She said sipping her chocolate carefully "But if we don't learn from History we are doomed to repeat it. Like with Voldemort or Hitler, if we don't show students that Evil never wins. Soon people will stop trying." She explained in a calm voice.
"It really wouldn't surprise me if they skipped most of their classes, they are rather intelligent but they tend to act out." Her voice seemed to have a hint of amusement to it "I love my Aunty but without a father figure, they both tended to step out of line a lot." She wasn't lying or anything, she'd watch them when they were little and they were just either monsters or rather polite kids.
"Do you miss them?" She asked with a raised brow "I mean you are pretty far away from them, you mentioned a Sister too. She live with them?" She asked softly, she didn't really know why she was interested in his family. |

| Her statement was quite loaded, but even without paying much attention in class he knew of Voldemort and of Hitler. She had a point though, so Jake conceded to her without a word. Same as he did about her cousins in Salem. He didn't remember them, but he understood her point.
But the question of whether he missed his parents threw him off slightly, confusion touching his brow. Did he miss them? Well, he saw Victoria every week when he came to teach, so it was more than it could have been. But his parents. "Sometimes, but I make an effort to head over every now and again." He replied with a small shrug.
The bell rang for next class a moment later and Jake got to his feet, putting his cup away. "I'll see you around, Crista, I have some teaching to do."
