| "Did you see Jake? Did you see me up there? Did I do good?"
"You did brilliantly, Mimosa! Well done!" Jake told the witch with a grin after she landed back on the ground. Her slower excursion of the pitch allowed Jake to see that she was, in fact, very good atop her broom, in control and capable. The witch was going to do great with the Quidditch team eventually, of that much Jake was sure. "I saw you this time, definitely!" Jake added with a soft laugh, before leaving the three with their game of tag.
As her turned back to Dominique and Janet, Jake took in their varying capabilities. "Well done, Janet, if you want to go around the pitch like the others did, we'll move on from there." Jake told the witch, before turning his attention to Dominique.
"Okay, Dominique, so, put your hand over your broom again..." Jake explained, working with Dominique until she had managed to get the broom to come up to her hand. From there, Jake taught her how to mount the broom, kick off and fly in small circles. When Janet came back from her lap, Jake had opted for the red band for the witch and sent her up to play with Mimosa, Nerisei and Sterling before returning his attention to Dominique once more.
The hour moved on quickly, and as the alarm on his watch went off, Jake called them all down.
"So, who won?" Jake asked, looking around them all before finding Mimosa laden with almost all of the tags. "Ah, Mimosa! Well done, here..." Jake said, reaching in to his pocket to pull out a Quality Quidditch Supplies voucher. "The winner gets a prize, I forgot to say! Spend it wisely!" He told the witch.
"That's all we have time for today, if anyone wants more help another time, you know where my office is. I hope you enjoyed it though, and best of luck in your exams!" Jake told them before waving them off.
Class now closed.
