| Victoria listened patiently as the professor explained to each year as to what they were going to be doing the day. After seeing the professor with Jake, Victoria liked the witch even more than she had before, but, of course, it wasn't her business to tell people of the relationship between the two professors.
Coming back to the room just in time to hear the professor explain that they would be able to revise absolutely anything they wanted to, Victoria couldn't help but feel relived. With her exams just around the corner, Victoria needed to practice the spells she wasn't so good at. Namely the more offensive spells.
Waiting for only a moment, Victoria moved towards the professor ho had moved to her desk. "Professor," Victoria spoke softly, her smile making her much more approachable. "I was wondering if you could help me with the Incarcerous Spell, I'm okay at the spell if it's not shooting towards a target, but when it's a target..." Victoria trailed off for a moment. "I don't know, it just seems a little more difficult." ________________________________________________ | |

| Transfiguration really wasn't Aiden's strongest point but it was a subject he enjoyed. Listening to his professor the brunette let out a soft sigh. At least she could've told them they could revise for their exams. He would have preferred revising in lesson where he could ask his Professor questions but then again learning a new spell was pretty good as well.
Pulling his wand out, the male narrowed his eyes and first proceeded to learn the wand movement. He did this in every lesson where the use of a wand was required meaning Charms, Defence and Transfiguration.
It's best that you always learn the wand movement first Aiden, His brothers' voice reminded him. It's easy to wave the wand and say the incantation but if you don't learn the wand movement perfectly you could hurt yourself or someone else.
After he was sure he perfected the wand movement Aiden focused on the Quill and waving the wand in the right way he clearly said. "Gemino." And then he watched as the Quill duplicated and now on his desk there were two. |

| The Gryffindor seemed to go quiet after that response, and Sebastian decided to stay quiet too. Which was probably the best idea anyway since the professor started the lesson only a moment later. Turning his attention to the subject at hand, Sebastian waited for the professor to explain what they would be doing, nodding to himself for a moment when she told them they would be conjuring things today.
That didn't sound too bad, and the moment they were dismissed to have a go, Sebastian moved off to find his own space. Slipping his wand from his pocket, Sebastian took in the targets they had been given to practice on and readied himself. Lifting his wand in much the same manner the professor had, Sebastian spoke as clearly as possible.
"Inanimatus Conjurus!" Sebastian thought about the effect of the spell, visualising one of the balls of fluff flying in his direction. A few seconds later, about half of one of the balls flew in his direction, and Sebastian smiled to himself. It was successful, not powerful, but successful and a success this early was one he was glad to accept.
Looking back to the wall, Sebastian tried again, this time thinking more clearly on what he wanted, willing it to happen with more gusto. "Inanimatus Conjurus!" He tried again, and this time a whole ball of fluff moved in his direction. He knew it wasn't a heavy item, but it was something to be proud of, and the Ravenclaw most certainly wasn't going to allow anyone to dampen his spirits. |

| Alexander had switched off almost as soon as he'd stepped through the door of the class. Not because he didn't like the teacher, but because his attention to learning was... almost non-existent. Of course, the professors had raised their concerns with Alexander's lack of effort in class, but he always managed to scrape through the tests enough to move up through the years.
He'd just finished messing about in his own little world when he heard people around him moving, bringing him back to the present moment. Looking around, Alexander waited for someone else to do something so that he could follow them. It seemed they were using the duplicating spell in this lesson, and thus Alexander pulled out his wand ready to start work.
Having missed the demonstration, Alexander simply tried the spell. "Gemino." The Slytherin spoke, simply pointing his wand at the quill before him. Nothing happened. Looking around, Alexander noted someone else giving it a go, flicking their wrist as they went. Perhaps that was where he was going wrong?
Trying once more, this time with the flick, half of a quill came in to existence beside the original. With a small shrug, Alexander sat back, done for the day. |

| Veronika remembered her fifth to seventh years of Hogwarts very vividly. They were getting deeper into more advanced spells and she realized she had a real knack for it. She absolutely loved Transfiguration. It was like all the muggle movies that her parents tried to stop her from watching but never could. That had been a huge topic of debate in the Westmeister-Hollands home; muggles portrayed witches and wizards as whacky or totally unrealistic and her parents abhorred that kind of image. Growing up Veronika was always angry at this, and she would throw a fit until one of them let her. Maxwell never bent on this simple rule of never letting her indulge in it, but Tristan was quick to let her do as she wanted.
If anything it made her love being a witch even more.
“Good job everyone, remember to come talk to me out of class should any of you need help outside of our lessons together.” She said dismissively smiling at each of them as they passed.
