Caspar's first lesson had not gone well at all. It had been a very stressful ordeal that he most certainly did not wish to repeat. Of course, that would be highly dependant on who turned up to his class, and he was quite sure there was one student he would not mind returning. Of course, he had to be open minded, so Caspar tried to push away those feelings towards one individual and concentrate on the rest of his class.
The class was once again in the greenhouse - but a different one today. Not the potting greenhouse that they'd been in before, but the clear greenhouse. Today, the lesson was bouncing bulbs. The species of plant had taken over the whole of the greenhouse, meaning Caspar had had to move some of his prized plants. The lesson was going to be a highly practical one.
At the moment, all the plants were behind the closed door of the greenhouse. Caspar stood waiting outside, ready to explain the lesson to all of the students who decided to turn up to today's lesson. |

| When Prim said that she was going to be actually dragging Max to lessons she genuinely meant it and that's what she was doing at this moment; her hand was wrapped around Max's wrist as she pulled her friend to Herbology, not letting him leave at all, the first lesson had been horrible purely because she had no-one to partner up with and most of the other students in the room had been stupid or ignorant.
"Morning Professor Loverin!" The brunette beamed at the young Professor as she limped over with Max towards the Greenhouse and where the Professor was standing. She wondered what they were doing today but the moment she caught sight of the plants inside the Greenhouse she blinked her eyes and tilted her head to the side, her brows furrowed. "Bouncing... bulbs?" She stared in fascination at the bouncing bulbs that you could see through the clear glass of the greenhouse windows. |

| Winter was definitely coming, and for that much Naomi was not in the slightest bit grateful for the Scottish location. Scotland, unlike England, was much more prone to snow, and it made navigating your way down to the classroom much more treacherous than it needed to be. Huddled up in her fur lined coast, Naomi made her way to class to find herself as one of the first people there.
Letting out quite a sigh at that information, Naomi stood away from the witch before her and gave her a glance up and down. Not really someone Naomi would converse with, the Slytherin witch did not try to engage in conversation. Instead, she looked through the greenhouse window to find...
Plants, bouncing up and down...
What in Merlin's name? Naomi's eyes widened slightly in surprise, trying to work out what they were. Was this something they would be dealing with today? Basically a hyperactive plant? |

| Once again, Max was being dragged to lessons by his wrist. When Prim had said drag, he hadn't thought she'd meant in the literal sense of the word. But, it got him to lesson, on time, so he probably shouldn't have been complaining about it. Except her grip was quite tight and his fingers were starting to tingle as the blood stopped flowing quite as normally as it should.
As they reached the professor, Max gave the man a smile, before following Prim's eye line to the inside of the greenhouse. Moving closer as Prim spoke two words, the boy didn't know what to make of the things inside. "I thought we were supposed to be studying plants? I know we're in the wizarding world, but I thought plants had roots in the ground... which means they shouldn't be bouncing around like that... right?" He asked Prim, confusion quite clear on his face as he looked back at the bouncing bulbs with interest. |

| "Why do you think that's called a Bouncing Bulb Max?" Prim questioned her friend in amusment as she stared at the hyper bulbs bouncing around the green house, her eyes flickering from one bulb to the other. Thankfully these bulbs were fairly small which meant they still were young. If they had been mature bulbs Prim knew the Professor wouldn't be letting them into the greenhouse.
"They bounce around and can only be subdued using spells." The brunette said with a soft grin on her lips as she stepped closer to the windows though not too close so that she could watch the bulbs bounce around. "They're fairly cute looking but are very vicious and will attack you if they think you're dangerous to them." She had seen them in more then one book and had also heard some older years talking about this years batch of Bouncing bulbs so she had gone and researched them. |

| Herbology was one of those lessons what she kind of liked. It was at least interesting for her some ways. Plants were quite interesting. She really wasn't even that sure why she liked this lesson.
And it was the reason why she walked today right now towards the greenhouse where the lesson was held. She had no idea what they will learn there and she was curious about it actually. So she could come up with many ideas in her head when she walked towards greenhouse.
When she reached there she saw there few people already and of course professor too. She didn't really know any of those students there very well. She has just seen them in her classes and that's basically all. "Hello," she said with a small smile on her face. She stood away from everyone and waited the lesson to began. She hoped it won't take very long time. |

| Delilah loved herbology. It was one of her favourite lessons here in Hogwarts. She some reasons did fall in love with it. She basically likes nature and well plants are part of it, so maybe that's the reason why little Ravenclaw girl likes it.
Awhile walking towards the greenhouse where herbology lessons she thought what they could learn there today. She at the end had no clue since there are so many different plants for sure what they can study. So she stopped worrying her little mind over it when she reached to the greenhouse.
She stopped walking and looked around her. There were few students, who she didn't really know. Actually, Delilah barely knew anyone, she most of the time was reading books than socialising with people. "Hello," she said there now. Seemed like the polite thing to do. Other than that she stood there and waited for the lesson to start now. |

| Elenore had heard that the first lesson of Herbology had been disastrous, and was (secretly) put out that she had missed the show. Her brother - if the rumours were true - had had his own little part to play in it, which simply showed once again why he was not fit to rule the Clement household. Obviously, though, Elenore kept all of these thoughts to herself, and thanked Merlin every day for not giving Jacques the power of Legillimens.
Coming up to the greenhouses, Elenore notes the small gathering of students, and was thankful not to see her darling brother amongst them.
"Bonjour Professeur," Elenore greeted the professor, giving him a small, faux smile before looking over towards the two Gryffindors that all but had their noses pressed against the glass of the greenhouses. "Imbéciles." Elenore murmured to herself - not nearly loud enough for anyone to hear but herself. This was going to be a long lesson, she was sure. ________________________________________________

| It was time for Mr. Aphrodisiac's class and Lux couldn't hide the smirk that curled one corner of her lips. That particular Herbology class was probably the one she had to most fun in. New professors were so fun to bully. Which was why the first words out of her mouth when she arrived at the greenhouse was, "Hey, Mr. Grinch. Still enjoying your aphrodisiac?" She followed the words with a wink and sly grin. It was, of course, a rhetorical question but one Lux couldn't hold back.
She made her way to the back of the group, glancing at the greenhouse for some clue as to what they would be doing. The sight of the bouncing bulbs made her snort in derision. She had extensive experience handling hyperactive kids at the orphanage. Most of them just needed a good whack on the rear end and some hardy tape to keep their mouth shut. Tying their right hand to their left foot and their left hand to their right foot worked like a charm too. It was a trick Lux had used more than once. If she was feeling particularly nasty, she'd scare them silent. She smiled at the memory of a young hyperactive boy she'd frightened into silence. He didn't speak for a almost a month after that. That had been fun. |

| As students began to arrive, Caspar smiled to each of them, counting his blessings each time it was not one of the students that had disrupted his first lesson. It was going well, really, for Caspar, until finally his luck broke with the appearance of the Head Girl.
"Miss Bailey." Caspar replied curtly to the witch when she tried to poke fun at him. He did not rise to the bait, instead moving to check his watch to find it was definitely time to get started with the lesson. Checking up towards the castle for any stragglers, Caspar cleared his throat to try to get the attention of the group before him.
"Right, welcome back to Herbology, everyone. Today, as some of you have already rightly identified, we will be dealing with Bouncing Bulbs." Caspar motioned to the window of the greenhouse where a fair few of the plants could be seen bouncing around very energetically. "Now, does anyone know anything about these plants? Anything at all, let's get a feel for them before we step through the door to deal with them." |
