Some candy for you (Dominique)

Giving gifts to people was something she would always do. She likes to see people happy around her. She hates when people are sad or so then she will have a hard time to make see them happy again. She has never really been and comforting people since she isn't even sure how to do it. She never really received it herself when she needed it most in her life. Her childhood wasn't easy even if she seems to be always someone who is happy even if there were times when she did literally pretend to be happy.

Hogwarts was to Sasha at times even more home than her own house where she did grow up her whole life but just, of course, was more fun. Even if lately she has found a way to how to have fun out of the school too. Even if she knows that she couldn't spend her time like that but she doesn't care. She tries to seem like how she is doing and what she is doing. She knows that she might one day make sure that she is doing right things in her life. Right now she tries to considerate on her future. Even if she has no idea what she will even do yet in future. She has thinking maybe to do something with art, maybe even go study more of it college.

Sasha thought there for awhile too. "Sure we can go have a walk outside. And same time get to know each other better," she said with a small smile. It was better than standing here middle of the hallway. "Oh at first you should go put your candy into your room away from people eyes," she suggested there now with a small smile. She knew caring them around probably won't be a good idea.

Dominique really loved making peoples' day but also making them happy. And she knew that it would start with the smallest of things. And this meant a lot to her that Sasha would bring her back a lot of candy. Even though she really didn’t need all the sweets. She was still going to enjoy them. Because what person didn’t like sweets? Well she wasn’t ready to find out on that question. But she wasn’t sure what she was going to do with them yet. But she knew that Sasha really made her happy. She wouldn’t need to get candy for a while. Sasha even told her to tell her when she wanted more. She knew that she would calm down later. But for right now she was just going to live in the moment.

She knew that she would have to focus on her class. But she knew that Sasha had a better understanding of Hogwarts. Since she was in her sixth year, she could give Dominique some pointers. Because she only wanted the best. She didn’t want to let her mother down. She knew that her father was really good in school. But she really didn’t know much about him. Now that she had some good ideas she just had to make sure that she kept them. Because she might like to go out for her house Quidditch team. As she knew that Mercy was already at the time. And she knew that Mim wanted to be on the Slytherin team. And she had it in her blood. So she knew that it would come to her easily. Also she knew that she could ask Mim for help. As she knew that it would take some time. And it wouldn’t hurt to get someone who knew what they were doing. As having a broom was something that her mother didn’t let her have.

Dominique then suggested to go for a walk. As she knew that the weather was still somewhat nice. Well it was fall season but soon it would be winter. And being out in the fresh air would do them some good. “ Yeah better than standing in the hallway.” She then listened as Sasha said that she should go put her candy up. Which was a good idea, as she didn’t want to be tempted to eat all of it. “ Ok let me go hide this in my truck and I will be back.” She then went back into the Gryffindor dorms and ran up to the girls dorm. Going over to her truck she made sure to hide all of her candy. When she was satisfied that nobody would find it. She then walked down and outside of the dorms. She then smiled as she looked at Sasha. “ Ok now how about that walk?”

Dominique was excited for all of her candy. She knew that Sasha knew that she was happy. Right now she knew that Sasha was a good friend for doing this. Even though she wasn’t expecting as much as she got. And the fact that it was a gift as she was ready to pay her. Now she had candy and knew that she wouldn’t need any for a while. But she knew that Sasha told her to tell her when she needed more. Which she thought that she would be good for now. As she didn’t know what she was going to do with all the candy. But Sasha told her that she could do whatever she wanted with it.

She made sure that it was hidden in her truck then joined Sasha. Maybe they could talk about Quidditch, as it was in Dominique blood. And two of her friends were playing. Mercy was on the Gryffindor team. And she knew that Mim wanted to be on the Slytherin team. So it seems like she was only one who wasn’t playing. As she was going to join her time with Sasha. As it was going to be fun to have a nice walk. Both of them were ready to go. But it might time because of the moving staircase. Her mother warned her about them.

“ I am still not used to these moving staircases.” It was something that her mom told her that she didn’t like. But it was something she would have to get used to it. As she had six more years at Hogwarts.

Dominique was glad that she could call Sasha her friend. Hopefully she could get to know her friend better. And she knew that she was ready to share with Sasha. As they would need something to talk about on this walk. Even though she wasn’t sure about boys or everything that an older person. But she knew that she would have fun no matter what. She would at least show that she was interested in it. It was always nice to show that you were interested in others.

She wanted to show Sasha that she was inserted in her life. Dominique then said something about Quiddith. It was something that she was thinking about playing. But she really wasn’t sure about playing. She wasn’t even sure if Sasha even really liked Quidditch. But she knew that her friends wouldn’t always have the same interest as she did. And she was ok with that because everybody was different. Dominque then said that she hates the stairs. And she would be in the Gryffindor tower.

“ My mom said that they were tricky and you had to pay attention.” But she knew that she was listening to Sasha. As she knew more about the stairs than she did. “ I am just going to follow your lead Sasha."

Dominique knew that she and Sasha would be good friends. Even if they just meet and that was because Sasha came to the lake. It didn’t matter that they were in different years and different houses. They were getting along better. And Sasha did give her the gift of candy. She had another friend in her life. And with school she was going to need it. Maybe she could give her advice on the classes that she would need. As she knew that Sasha would be a seventh year next year and graduate. But that didn’t mean they couldn’t keep in contact with owls. Or even their Hogsmeade trip, Dominique was thinking about her future.

Both girls had their different interest, but that didn’t matter to her. Now they both were going outside for a walk. Which it was always nice to get outside. And she knew that this would be the time to do it before the weather got bad. Because she knew that winter was right around the corner. But first they had to get past the moving stairs. Something that she hated because she was always getting lost with them. She knew that she had to pay attention. Which was something that was hard for her.

“ Yeah I know, but I still don’t pay close attention and get lost still.” It was something that she was going to have to get used to.

Dominique was glad that she had someone that she could look up to. And hopefully help her through her schooling. Like she was a role model, but she was also someone who she could tell her problems to. But right now she was going to focus on how to get outside. As the stairs always gave her problems. Then she would start to think about her future. And she knew that Sasha would be there for her. No matter what was going on. She was glad that she could count on a friend like that.

Walking was a nice way to let go of her worries. As she knew that she had them in Global Citizenship. And it was because she was in a class with all older students. But she wasn’t going to let that get the best of her. As she was always putting her best foot forward. And thought that she did a good job on her homework. Now that part would be up to the headmistress who would have to grade it. For now the problem was the staircase. As it was always moving and Dominique hated it.

She then felt better when Sasha told her that she got lost all the time. So she wasn’t feeling bad that she couldn’t get used to the stairs. But it seemed with Sasha help they got through it. They were finally on their way outside. “ I don’t know why they need to move like that.” But Dominique was going to be glad for some fresh air.
