A nice quiet day (Sierra)

Artemis had a free day off and was going to spend it away from the Clements. He knew that Lilac would be fine for a day without him. He smiled as he found a cute cafe. Looking around, he had to remember how he got there. So he could come back again, as he knew he would take Lilac here. As she was his whole world. And Duchess but he knew that she didn’t have much longer. That was a day that he knew that he would never be ready for. But she was an old dog, so this was something that would happen. This was also a piece of Azalea that he had left. He was planning on giving the comb to Lilac. Because he knew that she would love it.

And it seemed like this would appease her. Because she was jealous that he couldn’t give her the same lifestyle as the Clement children. As he was just the hired help. He couldn’t believe the turn that his life had taken. Once a pureblood that didn’t have to worry abou0t anything. To where he was disowned by his parents and had to work. The working part didn’t bother him, it was not having the Capulet money that did. But he had learned that money wasn’t everything.

Looking around, he then spotted Sierra. And he was surprised that she wasn’t working today. As that woman was dedicated to her job. Which was a good thing, but it was always nice to have free time to unwind. But he then went over to her. Why not spend his free day with her? Didn’t seem like a bad idea to him. All they were going to do was talk. It wasn’t like this was a date or anything like that. So what did he have to lose? There was nothing to lose.

At least he wasn’t going to be a big baby about this and went over to her. At least they knew each other and there would be no awkward introductions. “ Fancy seeing you here at this same cafe.” He wasn’t sure how he was going to start it. But the words just slipped out of his mouth.

Artemis was actually glad that he was seeing Sierra again. They rarely saw each other at the palace. And seeing someone outside of work was nice. It was like the actually was wearing their regular clothes. But he listened why he was here. A decent lunch actually sounded good. He knew that he had to make sure to take care of himself. But now Sierra asked what Artemis was here. “ Oh I was just wondering around and thought that it was a cute café. And maybe I could take Lilac here. I think she might like it. Now it seems like he really didn’t know her as it seemed like the side of her mother was coming out. Now he was going to spend some time with Sierra.

He thought that he was ready to at least talk to a female. That part couldn’t hurt him as talking was harmless.

Artemis really wasn’t sure why he was there. But what he said actually sounded better. He just felt himself being drawn to the cafe. He had never really got to now Sierra. As he didn't know a lot about her. Just knew that they worked for the Clements. But she had a high position them him. As she worked for Lady Clement. And well he was the manager of the garage. Which he had to work up to. But looking around this was a cute cafe.

He knew that Lilac would love eating here. “ I think that you are right.” He knew that Lilac would be a teen. Which was something that he wasn’t looking forward to. And she was so much like her mother, sometimes it was scary. This is what he got for having a one night stand. But what Lilac didn’t know was that her mother sold her for the money. Artemis did agree with her. “ Yeah I think it would be best for us to find a table."

Artemis knew that everyone story with the Clements was different. He knew that Sierra was higher up than he was. But that wasn’t either of them fault. That was something that didn’t matter right now. Because he was just going to use this day off. Now he was spending it with Sierra. Now he was going to get to know her a lot better. At least she was interested in his daughter.

“ She is nine years old.” He couldn’t believe that she was older. And he was glad that she and Mimosa was the same age. Sierra then pointed to a table where they could go sit down. “ Looks good to me.” that is when he went over. He knew that Sierra was right behind her. At least he was at a cute french cafe with a cute girl. Bu then he keeps telling him that they were only talking.
