"So... you took Zara to Paris... on Valentine's Day. Then dumped her on your return home?"

"Yeah."

"Why?"

"I just wasn't that in to her."

"You took her to Paris!"

Andrew shrugged. "I wanted to see the hype of the Clements to see why you're so weird about them. Zara thought I was proposing." The young man replied.

"You're disgusting!"

"You're just jealous that I can get some, and you've got blue balls." Andrew returned easily.

"That's not even a real thing."

"Sure, sure, you'd know that - Mom, can we have pizza for dinner?" Andrew asked, changing subject.

"The speech went well this evening."

Louis smiled back at his wife's reflection as she sat before the mirror removing her jewellery from the evening.

"Of course, the speech came was written by ma chéri." Louis replied fondly, the dickie bow tie loosening from his throat to be tossed upon the chaise lounge for staff to pick up on the morrow. "Anything you give me is always perfect."

The Lady Clement's eyes dipped away from the mirror and her husband, leaving Louis to understand without words that she had appreciated the compliment he'd given her.

"Je t'aime chéri."

Next prompt: Nothing bad ever happend after someone said that.

"... and that is why, my wife and I are so very pleased to open this new charity enabling young students in the country to explore their love of herbology freely." Jacques finished the speech for the evening, applause filling the the auditorium fully.

Mimosa beside him beamed out to the crowd as was expected, and her husband's eyes befell the woman in the audience for whom he'd done all of this.

A small smile to that person, and Jacques turned to his wife, ushering her carefully from the stage so that they could head home from their latest engagement.

Tired.

The stench of alcohol was strong in the room.

It had been years since Victoria had seen him like this, but whiskey was Jackson's drink of choice in these moments.

"You don't have to keep looking at the door, Jackson. I'm here to help." Victoria reassured him, her movements so very similar to what they'd been years before. Carefully taking the seat in her husband's lap, she pried the bottle from his hands.

"We've done all this before, we can do it all again." Victoria reminded him carefully, the bottle disappearing from view. Turning Jackson's head towards her gently.

"Together."

Their honeymoon had been... unconventional. They could have gone somewhere warm, or cold, but they'd come up with a different idea.

The tour of America had been to revisit places they'd grown up, a few days here and there. Which is how they'd ended up at Greenwitch, hiking up the mountain of their youth, to the cave Jake remembered with some fondness. In the summer, it was completely different to the experience they had, but wrapping his arm around Azalea as they took in the view, and he recounted the night they'd first fallen asleep together had been worth it.
