"Morning?"

Cough.

"Lunch."

Nothing.

"Dinner."

Nothing.

"Jake?"

"You know I can't tell you, Azalea..."

"I just... I wanted to..."

"I know. Me too." Jake replied, not needing Azalea to finish the sentiment to understand what she was trying to tell him. "But it's going to be fine. I will be back before you know it."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

He could hear the steadying breath from the other side. "Give Adrienne and Ivan a big cuddle from me when you see them next, yeah?"

"Of course."

"What is this?" Jacques asked, taking in the drink his girlfriend had put before him that morning.

"Milo." She replied, without stopping for a second to consider the fact that he, as a European, might not have heard of this before.

"So... hot chocolate?" Jacques asked, looking at the brown liquid curiously.

"No, it's better than hot chocolate!" Kiranjeet replied simply, lifting her own mug to her lips and sipping heartily in to the liquid.

Jacques shrugged to himself, lifting up his own cup and taking in the liquid to make his own decision.

To him, it was hot chocolate.

Next prompt: Snowy mountains are beautiful, but dangerous.

The young man looked down at the test in his hands, before looking back to the witch, disbelief quite clear in his features. After everything they'd been told, there was just... there wasn't a world in which this was supposed to be possible.

"Y-You're sure?" He asked gently, eyes solidly on the line.

He didn't need an answer to be formed, the worry in her features was confirmation enough.

"Azalea..." Jake breathed, all too happy as he drew the witch closer, crushing her lips tenderly with his own to reassure her then.

"You're going to be the best mom, ever!"

Ivan looked up from the book he'd been trying very hard to read, much to his younger brother's annoyance.

"It's a pensieve, Andrew."

"Why?"

"So that I can capture my thoughts, memories, and not forget anything."

"You know you're not normal, Ive, right?"

"I just know I'm going to need them at some point, and don't want to lo- DON'T PUT YOUR FINGERS IN IT!"

"Why not? It feels weird!"

The older Newbury brother pinched the bridge of his nose with a sigh, he muttered something to himself before returning to his book once more.

"Oh, come on, Jackson was doing it just a moment ago!"

"He was?"

"Yeah... I thought it was a thing you guys did..."

"Jackson Blake, you get here right now!" The small witch called, trying to sound sweet, but the undertone of a husband being in trouble was more than clear as she moved through to the kitchen to find him.

"Oops?" Jake said softly, looking over at Azalea.
