Hair colour and style: Dark brown, cut to a length that his mother insists is much too long for any male. It's normally swept off to the side, or back, and can quite easily have fingers run through it. Normally styled with a side parting, though not always a necessity.

Body type: Dimitri is slim, but (with age) the slim body will grow to be quite toned. Never overly muscular, but enough to get the ladies' heads turning.
Dress sense: Sometimes smart, sometimes not. Dimitri is not one to be completely prim and proper, but he knows when the occasion suits such a thing. Nine times out of ten, however, he will be dressed tidily.

- Having fun with friends.

- Playing the piano - it's calming for Dimitri. As he grows older (and busier with work) the piano will become a refuge for when he's struggling emotionally, and a clear sign that something is up.
- Charms class - Dimitri has something of a finesse with his wand needed for Charms.
- Swimming - it keeps you fit and it's very calming.
- Dogs - but only of the larger variety so that you can pet them properly.
- Summer, warmer weather agrees with Dimitri much more, and makes him quite happy.
- Watching Quidditch.
- The female body. Not in a sexual manner, per se, but Dimitri does like to appreciate a woman from time to time.
- Reading - when people get too much for him, Dimitri does like to sit down with a book (of any description) to settle himself back down.

Dislikes:
- Limitations being put on him.
- Promises being broken - whether your fault or not, Dimitri expects you to keep promises.
- Being left alone for long periods of time which induces a feeling of loneliness.
- People who disagree with his ideas.
- Cats - they're the devil in animal form.
- High expectations being placed on him in unsympathetic manners.
- Being stereotyped for a stiff upper lip, high society wanker.
- Early morning wake up calls.
Strengths:
- Independent - learning, doing things by himself, thinking, you name it, Dimitri is quite good at working things through on his own. Though, of course, there are some times in which this can be classed as a negative too.
- Progressive - whilst his family is Pureblood, Dimitri has quite a progressive brain. He doesn't see the point in living on what was, but rather on what could be. Of course, there is something of a limit on this, but mostly he can see things in a modern way.
- Good listener - when people need a shoulder to cry on, or to get something off their chest, Dimitri is definitely the guy to use. He can listen, and offer advice, but do not expect him to do the same.
- Inventive
- Social events are enjoyable so long as they keep Dimitri entertained.
Weaknesses:
- Stubborn. Dimitri's way, or count him out.
- Dimitri has something of a saracastic sense of humour, as well as mannerism, which can often rub people up the wrong way without him really meaning to.
- Rebellious - despite his bookish ways, Dimitri is not the kind of person who toes the line. He takes a running jump over the line when it is not to his liking, which has often led him to trouble.
- Attention to detail.
Positive traits:
- Deep thinker - problem solving is quite easy for Dimitri to do, and can take in both sides without bias to make a decision.
- Wide knowledge on life thanks to his high society background and starting his education from a very young age.
- Dimtri is friendly to almost anyone, having something of a humanitarian instinct, the boy is kind hearted towards those he meets. Of course, should someone throw this in his face, Dimitri is not the kind of person who will make that mistake again.
- Time keeping.
Negative traits:
- Emotional expression - Dimitri isn't always good with talking about how he feels about things. Bottling things up can often be something Dimitri does instead of talking about things.
- Temperamental - with bottling up emotions comes the explosive consequences of dampened frustrations. Though he may not always mean to, Dimitri can simply explode if things get too much for him.
- Uncompromising - As Dimitri is quite individualistic, turning away from his ideas is not something he's willing to do easily. Of course, there will be exceptions where he can see something is better another way, but if he can't see that, good luck trying to bring him around to it.
Dimitri's bringing up was very privileged - though his family might not be the richest on any public records, public records could not account for the Black Market trading. He needed for nothing, and though he was spoiled rotten, he was humbled by his mother.
The Moreau house was always a busy one, with many and more business men flooding through the doors each day to meet with his father. Dimitri didn't understand completely until he was nine and he'd overheard a trade deal going on. Leaning much too heavily on the door as he heard more and more of the details, the boy had not been able to catch himself as he fell through the door, red faced as his father and a portly gentleman hurried to their feet, and ushered him away. A servant - his father's right hand man Dimitri had found out later - had taken him by the arm, and frog marched him to his mother where he'd earned the most ruthless verbal lashing of his life.
It had been understood from this point on that Dimitri must never sneak about again, nor listen to his father's meetings again. For any other person, this might have worked, but Dimitri did not take well to being told her could not do something. For many years since, Dimitri has spied on the meetings without getting caught, finding himself thoroughly shocked by some of the deals that have taken place, but never uttering a word.
On his eleventh birthday, Dimitri received his letter for Hogwarts, and could not have been happier. When September came, he was taken to the Hogwarts Express and to a new world. Upon his arrival, Dimitri was sorted in to Ravenclaw, and has had the best four years of his life so far. He has plenty of friends, and works hard at his studies, his O.W.L. predictions are close to showing a straight set of Outstandings, with the exception of Potions - which everyone knows is near on impossible to achieve.

The house of Moreau is one that originates in France - the family can be heavily traced back to the beginning of the 1700s. Records from before this time were presumably burned or destroyed when the Clement reign began in France. The Moreau family were banished (or else fled) from France to settle in America by the Clements, having been given the ultimatum of exile or death.
The Moreau family were, at that time, well regarded Lords of the French court, but were stripped of almost everything they had before they moved to America. This meant that the Moreau house was weakened considerably, and struggled through the majority of the 1700s on very little.
In the early 1800s the Moreau were growing within the Wizarding world, however, with the arrival Rappaport's Law which divided the Moreau's from the Muggle world, they suffered their second blow of power. Their industry took Magical remedies (today known as the art of Potion Making) and supplied them to the Muggle world without them truly knowing what they were taking. This market was closed off to the Moreau's, leaving them with a whole batch of stock, and nowhere to trade. The Black Market opened up to them at this point, and the Moreau's became infamous for their Black Market trading - but never caught.
In the 1950's, Dimitri's grandfather brought the business to the UK, making use of contacts here, and creating trade deals with the Murrays (though these were few and far between) and the Hughes (who were somewhat more willing to deal with them). This has allowed for the Moreau family to have a presence in the UK, and though they're not one of the highest ranking Pureblood families in the country, they are respectable enough.
Dimitri's father, Alexavier, married a Greek witch, Feodora to strength the business. Feodora's family worked on large Mediterranean import and exports of magical plants which have kept the Moreau business alive. It was an arranged marriage, but turned in to a relatively happy, stable marriage. A good foundation for their children.

| The Happenings of the Moreau Heir
Dimitri hadn't been ill from school, he hadn't even disappeared from the world around him to the point where no one else saw him any more. No, the Moreau heir was, as he always was, a part of the social group of the school in and amongst the sixth years, enjoying life, but studying hard.
The end of Dimitri's fifth year had been something of a quiet affair. After the Halloween Ball being spent with Janet, the boy had drifted back off with his other friends. The boy had continued to exceed with his Charms class with flying colours, whereas his Potions grade had grown worse in the final months of the year. Swimming had, once again, become something more interesting to the boy than trying to teach himself how to brew a boil cure potion or something equally as uninteresting for the male.
Summer had come to the island, and Dimitri had left for Greece with his Mama for half of it to visit her relatives, and the islands which she had grown up on with his younger sister in tow. The three had had a great time together, enjoying the warm weather and a change in culture for a few weeks. Then, as the heat of August swelled in the country, Dimitri had returned home on his own to work with his father on the family business.
Where the world saw the Moreaus as potion handlers, distributing common medicines in the market, this was only a small fraction of their business. Numerous meetings were held daily to discuss the illegal trade of one material or another, though they did not always end with the exchange of materials. Dimitri remained by his father's side, learning from his father and trying to understand how the business better. But the Moreau heir... didn't particularly have the stomach for such trades, and yearned for the tranquility of his piano each night so that he could destress from the despicable transactions his father made.
But, it had only been for a few weeks, and by the time Dimitri and his father had sentenced another family to it's death, his Mama and sister were home, a welcome distraction from his father as they readied themselves to head back to Hogwarts once more.
Dimitri's sixth year.
The second year in which his exams would actually have an effect on his life. Well, the future for the Moreau heir was set, but that did not stop his father from pulling him aside at the train station and denoting that a failure this year would simply not be allowed. To fail would bring shame on the family, and he expected much, much more from his son that that.
Dimitri had, of course, nodded his understanding, insisting with his father that he would not do such things.
After a short embrace with his Mama, Dimitri had boarded the train, barely looking his sister's way before she disappeared to see her friends, leaving him with his friends on the train who talked much too loudly, much too openly, and at great lengths about their respective summers.
All, except Dimitri, who simply left it at the point he'd been in Greece for the summer. Nothing more.
The sorting ceremony had been eventful. Dimitri would be lying if he said he had not enjoyed the upset mannerism in which he watched the Clement heiress stalk from the Great Hall. And, in truth, he was more than a little bit intrigued with the younger witch who had professed herself to be a Clement. There were no Clements her age, so the Moreau heir would have to investigate this further.
Classes moved in to full swing, and Dimitri found himself engrossed in the subjects being taught this year. The new career classes were highly interesting -- even if Dimitri was never going to have a career, and the Global Citizenship class was quite amusing to hear the non-Pureblood views on some very topical subjects. Defence Against the Dark Arts was the same as always, Charms was thoroughly exciting, and pushing his limits.
And, as always, Dimitri was barely scraping through his Potions class.
All in all, the Moreau heir was not changing the lives of many around him. His life was the same as it had always been. It kept moving, he was enjoying it as it was, and nothing in the world could change it.
Except for that run in the Christmas holidays.
