"Anna..."

She didn't respond.

"It's okay, I'm here. You're safe now." Alex promised her as he carefully lifted her from the bathtub. Blood soaked her shirt too much. Angry bruises were already forming where blows had hit the witch.

"Come on. We're getting you out" He promised, holding her close before they span on the spot, returning to his apartment as he drew out the wand he rarely used to heal each wound his brother had inflicted.

Silent vowing to never let Annagramma get hurt again.

No matter the cost it was to him.

It was only Annagramma that mattered.

"What is that noise?" Jake asked, turning his son's music system off.

"A cover of I want to break free..."

"That isn't a cover, it's a butchery of an iconic song!" Jake replied. "I don't want to hear it in my house again. It's only the real Queen in this house!"

"You're such an old man, Dad!"

"No, I just know good music when I hear it, and that was absolute rubbish!" Jake replied, and Andrew rolled his eyes, pulling out his headphones and pushing them in to place.

"Happy now?"

"As long as I don't have to hear it!"

The witch gave Azalea a small, tired smile. Their seventh child had really taken it out of her. Tiredness showed in dark bags around the witch's eyes as she looked over at Azalea and the latest bundle of joy they'd brought to the world.

"I feel like I've been pregnant for a millennia and then some." Victoria joked. "I don't think I can do it again..."

Azalea looked up from the child to her.

"You need birth control, Vic."

"But Jackson is so happy each time..."

"You need to be happy too!"

"I'll talk to him.."

Prompt: Going to the Chapel and we're, gonna get married.

Andrew's eyes followed his girlfriend's to the picture on the mantle. The framed certificate and medal of bravery sat on the edge beside other pictures of key events.

"He did something reckless and got away with it more like." Andrew returned, not unkindly. "Nearly lost his arm."

"That's really cool!"

"All you girls are the same." Andrew replied, rolling his eyes. "Come see l, mom, she's the actual cool one."

"Does she have a medal?"

"Nah, she has killer vines."

"...what?"

"Come on, I'll get her to show you, they're really cool! She's the hero!"

Alex caught up with the witch, falling in to step beside her as they visited the village just outside Ilvermorny.

"I wanted to ask you-"

"Little brother. Anna!" Simon cut across, seemingly coming from nowhere. "Ready to find your dress for Prom?"

Alex stopped in his tracks, feeling the wind leave his chest.

"What were you saying, Al?"

"N-Nothing." Alex replied shoving his hands in his pockets and turning off from the other two. He should have known Si would make an appearance for the Prom, he'd been niave enough to think he could take Anna himself.
